  • Pros

  • I like the amount of features chiro quick charts complete system offers. Everything is integrated together and I do have to pay extra for text reminders or email reminders.
  • The support staff have been wonderful in getting these issues resolved, in fact they are corrected in one phone call for the most part.
  • Cons

  • That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.
  • Wish we could scan forms, etc directly into the PM software without having to open the QuickCharts. Other than that, I can't think of anything negative about the program.

  • We love how user friendly Nookal was, guiding us through our set up, with cute jellybean mascots which is a bonus.
  • Nookal is the best practice software I have ever used, user friendly, efficient and manages our physiotherapy practice optimally.
  • Cons

  • No restriction of access to medical files - reception staff should not be able to access clinical notes.
  • Inability to change the user names of diaries.
