Pros
- I like the amount of features chiro quick charts complete system offers. Everything is integrated together and I do have to pay extra for text reminders or email reminders.
- I was particularly looking for a program that contained all the components necessary for solid documentation. It is very user friendly, easy to customize and the learning curve was fast.
Cons
- That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.
- However, I also realize that programming changes, etc. can take time to complete. Initially, training videos were poor.
Pros
- It links with our Practice Management software systems making file submission a breeze. And the batch history And search options make it easy to Find anything you’re looking for.
- Navicure has been an excellent partner in revenue cycle management. It's ease of use and intuitiveness is first rate.
Cons
- The rejection messages given are extremely confusing. Very hard to figure out how to fix the actual problem.
- After my initial setup my statement went out, but the next month I uploaded statements again and was told that there was a margin error. It was fixed but it caused a delay in statement processing.
