  • Pros

  • I love that it is use friendly, dependable, accurate, reliable, fast paced but most important provides the stats and reports within seconds.
  • I absolutely LOVE the team of tech support and cannot thank them enough for the great years of service. I hear so many horror stories with no call backs when issue arise other companies.
  • Cons

  • So now I paid $$$$$ for software that does not work and they are not willing to help in spite of me paying for support for years.
  • Learning curve for documentation macro. I have used Chirotouch macros for years and the documentation change was a little painful.

  • There is openness to feedback on what can be improved within the system and there is typically good communication with the person helping with the form designs. Sites find the system very easy to use.
  • The online user community was extremely helpful and a great resource.
  • Cons

  • It's the only way to find and send reports to sites/safety teams that do not have access to Insight. The automated survey invitation tool is a mess.
  • Additionally, for smaller research institutions with tighter budgets, the cost structure of the program can be a barrier.
