I think the battery is empty to quickly. Also I notice sometimes that it does not book a room when clicking on book, however this only happened to me a few times in the past year.

How easy it is to build and edit maps. The ability to custom design individual office spaces and seating charts really sets this product apart.

Our implementation of Maptician was very easy. The software is intuitive for the end users to find and reserve desks for hoteling.

I like that Maptician is very straightforward and user-friendly. I also like that our staff has access to a site map of the office, and can see staff photos of where others are physically sitting.

They're also open to ideas that make the application better and very quick to make enhancements. It's been a pleasure to collaborate with them.

One thing that's been a little tricky with the software is when Maps accidentally become locked and are unavailable for access by others.
