What I like best is that DAQBilling is very user friendly.

I love the ease of use of DAQBilling. It is easy to navigate, to change the schedule, appointment types, or billing codes to meet to your own practice's needs.

If I had to say something negative about this product, it would probably be the ongoing monthly charges.

Also, we are able to edit the super bill whenever to suite the doctors needs.

Compared to other software programs I've used in the past that take weeks of training in order to use them in live time, this is great. They are very reasonably priced/a great value for money.

Well from switching from Visionary Office, I love DAQ Billing. It was a nice change to be able to start new.

The management staff is absolutely useless. Sad part is that the employees that answer the phone are very nice and really try hard to help, but most problems have to be elevated to management.

I am able to easily keep track of referrals, color-coordinate the schedule, posting insurance payments is s breeze. The number one thing I love most is that correcting a error is super easy.

Apparently, the guy we had was leaving for a different position. That was very difficult, because my new rep had no idea where we left off.

The program has detail billing and financial reports which are important to billing company. Very user friendly with short learning curve, especially helpful to our  clients who also use the system.

Often needed but unavailable support is terrible.

At times DAQ will move so slowly it needs to be restarted. Any claim being worked on will be lost and need to be started over.

I recommend it to other medical colleagues, too, because we have never had issues with it, and my staff really likes it. The pricing is great, and they take care of mailing our paper claims.

Sold Electronic Ub-04 Billing does not do it. Encounters get lost between software and clearinghouse.

What I like best about this product is the clean, simple, easy on the eyes and user friendly format. And the data import from visionary to DAQ was seamless.

Also, our practice LOVED being able to make our own encounter forms (super bills). We were able to cut our doctor out from paying a copy service as he had been doing for many years.

They always blame some kind of update or try to blame the client because we used a feature that apparently does not work. My advice is do not have the feature if it does not work.

DAQbilling has provided me the ability to grow my billing service beyond what I had imagined and still be profitable.

Also, it is fairly easy to submit claims and manage the scheduler. Lastly, customer support is easy to reach and readily available and helpful.

There are still some issues where I believe the two programs can talk better. Vendor support is excellent.

IntakeQ makes our forms look attractive, seamless and professional. It is so quick and easy and actually kind of fun to see clients progress through them quickly in our office.

It's extremely easy to use, the customer support staff are excellent, and we can easily create/customize our online forms.

And a way to color code the blocks on the left bar where they are either green for intake forms or blue for notes.

I don't really have anything to say negative about this software.

I can never see all my patients in one day well. The print outs of the schedule waste a lot of paper.

I love how it easy it is to send forms and intake paperwork to patients. You can add them quickly to the database and send them any form you need.

I was already using SRfax and this is integrated with that fax program. It take a little time to customize everything, but it is well worth it and the customer service response is great and fast.

They are incredibly fast, effective and helpful via email communication. I have been highly impressed.

The forms are easy to make and send. Patients can fill them out on their cell phone which is a huge help for my practice since we have many seasonal visitors in Scottsdale.

I love that we have been using this program for almost two years now. I am very pleased with it and don't think we will ever switch.

This the best product out there for online forms. The other companies want about 10x the price and do not have the features that IntakeQ does.

Email features, integration with Square (for standard sales) and Stripe (for gift certificates) is great. This is one powerful tool for HIPPA compliant forms and administrative needs.

Great EMR - Ive used many and for the price, customer service, and ease of use, this is my favorite.

We have been able to implement this into our needs rather easily. It's exciting to be able to provide our clients with a far more seamless option to go from sign-up with us to appointment.

Even from the very beginning, it was a solid product with excellent pricing. I have noticed over time that new and very useful features are added on a consistent and frequent basis, which I love.

Mac users seem to have a hard time submitting forms. Patients often complain of getting stuck and being unable to submit completed forms.

I also appreciate the pricing for this product. I love the responsiveness of the customer service.

Integration with iCal and Google Calendar is great and very easy to set up.

Horrible customer service. The membership option is very helpful and if you want to switch to a concierge membership program I would highly recommend using the IntakeQ billing system.

Clients have had trouble using it the screen freezes on mobile devices and they are unable to book an appointment.

Easy to use, great support, very nice forms online and when saved into our EMRs. Both patients and providers have complimented them.

It's also very affordable and we like that they just have a monthly membership; we're not locked into a lengthy contract.
