Messaging function dont like cant organize patients by last name, that is how all medical practices organize patient files, osmind uses first name which makes no sense.

The team behind the optimization is amazing, they listen to feedback, take in recommendations, and most of all work on reported issues right away.

You can tell that the team is working hard at improving Osmind. I also dislike the inability to send patient records to other providers directly.

The charting can do better. We use Osmind for our patients medical records, however, when printing, the tabs or clickable icons still show up making the print out look unprofessional.
