Overall, I would highly recommend this product as simple to set up, easy to use and well priced. By far the most outstanding aspect is their customer service.

It has been great having a website just for our classes and camps at a reasonable price.

I appreciated the support during the training and setting up process, but the best has been the positive feedback we’ve received from parents regarding the easiness of the registration process.

I tested over 20 classroom management cloud-based platforms. I started cancelling my trial one platform at a time and Jumbula was the one that persevered.

Every inquiry has been answered promptly by a real person, sometimes within minutes, and gave solutions specific to our situation, not a cut and paste response.

Also during set up we were able to have a live walk-through and address questions that are unique to our situation. At this (or any) price point, the level of service is wonderful.

Now that we have a nice setup, next year the effort to setup our new school year registrations will be one forth the effort.

Along the way, the support staff has been very responsive and has made enhancements to their software in places where I found issues.

There is some quirkiness with the menu clicks that expand or collapse views.

Jumbula's customer support is outstanding, responding quickly to any questions or concerns.

While it is marketed as a product for children's activities our students are mostly adults and it was easy to adapt for that purpose.

I like the simplicity of using Jumbula management system , I find it very convenient  to setup seasonal schedule for our classes online.

After spending at least 20 hours setting up this platform for our camp, having Jumbula link up Stripe and pay pal in advance, what a disaster.

As a rapidly growing company, Jumbula was an answer to our administrative prayers, but the ease of use wasn't everything we had hoped for.

I like the ability of be able to accept payment through a system that can be connected to any Paypal account.

It was very easy to integrate Jumbula into our website so customers could register for events.

This software met our needs for registration and waitlist management as a small school. It is the best value cost wise that we could find as well.

Jumbula does so much for the price. It is easy to learn and has tons of helpful reports to stay organized with your registrations.

The platform is easy to use, and there are lots of tutorial videos and articles to guide you through learning their system.

It is a great help in organising the management of a tutorial agency. The customer service is superb - the team are always very helpful and polite.

The accounting side is excellent and the integration with Xero, Stripe, GoCardless and Telleroo works very well.

The online payment integration and system (Stripe, credit request, subscription, pay run) has been the most beneficial to us.

The software itself has a lot of promise, and the team is great.

I do, on occasions, struggle to predict the monthly payments.

I don't use it to track tutor pay because our Australian casual employment pay rates are too difficult to implement. I simply export tutor hours and manually enter into Xero's payroll.

As a developer,  it has been both easy and fun to write extra utility functions to integrate with the TutorCruncher APIs (https://github.com/unegma/tutorcruncher-utilities).

Apart from the two improvements I wrote about, I love TutorCruncher and I think you did a great job at building it.

Tutorcruncher can be occasionally difficult to use, with some unfortunate design flaws. One issue I had was with the labelling tutors option.

Supportive team to help you set up. The video tutorials help when first starting and the email and invoicing and scheduling are great.

The support team is always available and very responsive. And for the price, TutorCruncher is an amazing investment.

Both the functions for creating, and removing labels en masse are frustrating to use.
