This is a great product as long as you know exactly what it is. It is an excellent graphing, diagramming, and configuration management tool for network devices.

Its user friendly and speeds up troubleshooting 10 fold for us. The network maps are very detailed and its nice to launch a remote session out of Auvik.

The interface is quick, easy and intuitive. The map it creates is pretty and the ability to drill down through the devices is great.

The mapping, port discovery, configuration backups and overall ease of use are excellent.

Dives pretty deep and can do some amazing monitoring and scanning into networks. Definitely can help with looking into networks for basics and the intricacies for almost everything you're looking for.

Worth every penny at the clients where it is deployed.

It does such a good job at providing us with a dashboard to gain some insight into our switches and such and does so in a very pretty way.

Being forced to get advanced traffic insight licensing for all the devices on a tenant, when it makes sense to get it only for some of them. Also, being forced to a 40 nodes with basic licensing.

Portal is a bit slow to load, no native Hyper-V collector, a little complicated for learning how to administer, unable to embed or download visual map.

Historically, MSP's can be perceived as a threat to IT departments for fear of outsourcing their teams.

The speed of the web interface is frustrating at times and trend reporting is missing completely.

Too many knobs to turn can get into trouble is you over tweak and not understand what you are doing.

Auvik was the perfect mid-tier priced solution to get us in the door and still allow us the opportunity to grow into a global product that we could use at all of our locations.

It's easily worth the cost in time saved troubleshooting issues on the network.

Right now we are deploying the API to automate some processes, which will increase even more the value we are getting from Auvik.

Ease of access to networking equipment. Ease of deployment compared to the resulting data automatically presented was still very impressive.

Learning curve to determine which filters to use and which to avoid.

Good product, but engineering does not fix things fast enough.

Had a few strange links between HP 1910 switches, which is a minor issue.

Auvik is very easy to use and the quality of monitoring is high. The product is priced fairly and we consider Auvik to be a good tool add to our tool chest.

We like the automated switch and firewall backups, and we love the network maps. We also really like that the software integrates with our PSA, and that we can onboard clients rapidly.

Allows a quick glance at the network with an easy method to search for devices in a complex network. Setup and onboarding was very streamlined and thorough.

The PathSolutions team also takes feedback from us for feature requests and will include new features in the updated versions of the software at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

The console gives me just enough information to give me a warm feeling that everything is ok, without an overload of messages when a slight issue pops up.

Ease of use and all of the capabilities it gives our team.

Easy to customize scans to disregard test and dev environments. Displays can be tailored to the intended audience.

New features are included at no additional costs.

So currently I do not have anything that I don't like about the product.

They are fair with the licensing costs per port, and the support contract is reasonably priced as well.

Rapid discovery of SNMP-enabled devices. Collected information has a small footprint that is easy to save offline.

The company is also amazing. They treat you amazing and are incredibly knowledgeable about their product.

These guys are fantastic. The engineers and developers behind the product are truly dedicated to bringing a feature-rich and powerful tool to everyday network engineers.

Overall, it has been great, especially in regards to the support we have received. Their support is top notch.

There are several things I like, with the top two being the daily reports I get emailed indicating overall network health, and the second being the overall ease of use.

Covid has also limited our need for the short term.

It gives me great comfort to know that the software will tell me this without the usual RED-ALERT-DANGER-WILL-ROBINSON-KLAXONS of other products.

Provides large quantities of information, easily, at a reasonable cost.

I have used many other other tools, don't want to mention any names, but this is simply the best out there. And it is so simple and quick to install and have running too.

The product is great but the best part of TotalView is working with the developers at PathSolutions. Great customer support and great people.

The dashboard is easy to use and helps you diagnose issues at a glance. This software has been essential for keeping our network healthy and efficient.

Rapid updates and the ability to get as granular as you need to be from the screen that you are on. Reports that can be tailored to the level of the recipient.

I don't really feel there are any cons. I've tried other network monitoring systems and they are always difficult to set up and maintain.

It's hard to complain - if I ask for something and it's not impossible to do it has eventually found its way into an update.

Finding unknown performance problems and being able to suggest possible cause.

Tech support is excellent and very responsive, and the reps will check in on occasion just to see how things are going.

There are a handful of things that are great about this product. Quick installation and setup.

It is really hard to pick a most liked feature. I believe that I use them all.

They are NOT concerned with getting rich on their product as the licensing model is extremely reasonable. These guys honestly care about you caring for your network.
