The software has great potential. A great resource for tracking donors, alumni, etc.

We have been with Agilon's One since 2009, and overall it has been an excellent experience.

We are successfully sending emails that can be created and/or duplicated quickly and easily. Training others on the system is simple.

I like the ease of retrieving information, data entry and access within the software.

Easy to use, easy to integrate with Oracle. Vendor was exceptional in providing support, assistance, and migration to newer versions.

They are friendly, and always willing to help out when an issue arises or to offer suggestions on ways to be more productive by using the software.

Its functionality and simplicity make the program good.

Hard to find specific reports and their functions from list.

I really enjoy the ease in which I can access prospect information from my phone. It's also easy to synch plans on my calendar.

The interface is clean and easy to use. Manage donor and alumni data effectively.

Reporting limitations aside, I am generally happy with the Agilon One product.

Customer service ranks at the top for me. Agilon has always exceeded expectations in providing help in a friendly, courteous, prompt and positive way.

Front-end interface is laggy, and has a dated, unattractive style.

Also non data entry staff refuse to learn the product and they complain about it not working.

The flexibility that is built into the software is amazing.

No API, and the built-in support for querying is cumbersome, unintuitive, and enough of a pain to work with that I just dig into the database directly for our reporting.

The data if correctly entered is a great system to have to report on and so on.

The email production software is a little clunky. It is frustrating that the page doesn't move with the user (the WYSIWYG tool bar) and dropping images into place can be a challenge.

End users have a difficult time in adopting ANY system, so they tend to forward their data entry requests or even search / report requests to our data entry / reports team.

I love that you can set the privacy settings, as well record whether someone is under 18 or deceased, etc. I love that this system automatically assigns constituents to their local chapters.

Some of the set up of a report is difficult. You have to have a domain set up in order to select the correct fields.

My main complaint is that I continue to have to use Pledgemaker and a FTP site.

Great for basic needs of a nonprofit organization, great customer support.

Support staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Always a great experience.

The search and entry features are easy to use. I like the ability to search by donation amount and donor name Integrated emails is also a great feature.

We also need to track a lot of data such as magazine subscriptions, volunteers, field offices (units), pledges, memberships, and most importantly, donor prospects.

Generating targeted mailing lists is a bit difficult.

It has so many features we don't know how to use them all. It is great project if you want to use data to improve youe fundraising.

It is fairly easy to use and navigate, I like the custom dashboards and prospect profiles. I also like the feature for recording actions with prospects.

I love the folks at Softrek Support, they're always quick to respond and wonderfully helpful. Customer Support is good.

It's pretty user friendly, clear dashboards, connection with WealthEngine, number of canned reports.

Still have some trouble generating some reports.

Does not allow for multiple contacts in an organization record. Reporting is clunky and the query function is nearly useless.

Overall I like the functionality and capacity.

Lots of capabilities for our business and great reports and tools to help us see how we're doing.

The software is easy to access and pretty straight forward how to use.

Overall, I have been a pleased customer for 23 years. I feel like the company worked better when Dave Spacone was running it day-to-day.

I'm disappointed, of course with the cost since our annual bill for moving from self-hosted to PMOL will eventually jump by ten times. The report function is pitiful.

I like the dashboards and the reports I do know how to run are very useful. We use it in coordination with our national office and our staff member there helps us make better use of the program.

It is a good day by day tool. I like that in the case of my organization it is integrated with our finance and accounting system.

It is good out of the box product, I like that the information is not clustered in one place.
