  • Pros

  • Aside from the report feature, the product is fairly easy to use with frequent helpful updates to the software. The NPE team seems to be responsive to what users need and want.
  • The process was simple and everyone there responded quickly. It was very simple to raise money for a good cause.
  • Cons

  • I've found it extremely difficult to report on data after it's entered in the system. The reporting tool is not intuitive.
  • We do events nearly every week and have to field dozens of calls and emails each week from people who are not able to register due to confusing user experience, timeouts, and technical issues.

  • Pros

  • I love that you can set the privacy settings, as well record whether someone is under 18 or deceased, etc. I love that this system automatically assigns constituents to their local chapters.
  • The search and entry features are easy to use. I like the ability to search by donation amount and donor name Integrated emails is also a great feature.
  • Cons

  • Some of the set up of a report is difficult. You have to have a domain set up in order to select the correct fields.
  • My main complaint is that I continue to have to use Pledgemaker and a FTP site.
