They are not a trustworthy company to work with. They are terrible at responding and will make it difficult to cancel.

My overall experience is poor. I will not be using EVO Payments again.

Subsequently they charged nearly $4000 in processing fees for doing NOTHING. The company is doing criminal practices AGAINST it's customers.

The product was easy to use and while you are a customer the treat you fairly decent.

Good service but you should be careful about adding charges.

The world has passed this company by. Customer service is terrible.

EVO is a pretty standard credit card processor with no standout features.

They never even acknowledged my dispute and charged me for equipment and early termination fees and did not wait the 10 days that I had to return it. TRUST ME THIS NOT NOT OVER.

They withheld money from us and did not tell us about it. They are very shady and unprofessional in their contracts (and now I'm stuck with a $400 fee for leaving them).

We needed a credit card processor for the POS component of our system and they were tied into Clean Cloud our CRM and POS system.

I did like anything about this company or product.

The people were nice, the program for establishing a new account was generous with terminal discounts. The people were just absolutely the friendliest you could hope for.

Beware of this company's practices of how they charge your account. They wouldn't allow a large deposit into my account and reversed the deposit but still charged service charges.

The customer service and onboarding process was excellent.

Because of their creed they lost a client that they processed over a million dollars a year for.

This company is worse than a timeshare company. Told them what I needed and they sold me a bill of goods, hammering me with fees for a service I barely used.

Expensive, poor user interface, does not provide the required functionality.

As you have read, they have the WORST customer service. No one ever answers the phone and are only available by email, not answering for days.

Very good user interface that allows to get any data you may potentially need, includes reports, great chargebacks management feature, etc.

I use Paysafe wallets to access funds from my forex trading brokers. I also use it to accept payment from some international clients.

Then it was difficult to cancel are account. I wood never recommend these thieves.

Apart from being annoying and time consuming, these unpaid false statements can damage your credit score. Do everything you can to avoid these guys.

Finally, the receptionist was able to walk me through logging in. I wish I'd never heard of Clover because that led me to Paysafe.

Paysafe Skrill wallet is easy to signup and zero fee when transferring money to bank account abroad. It's easy for me to withdraw funds from my Paysafe Skrill wallet to my MTN mobile money wallet.

The hidden fees and increasing fees were a major problem. It seemed both deceptive and dishonest.

Good payment processing tool that is really good to use.

Its tough to say Pros, however we used them for years because we didnt want to take the time to switch to a company that cared.

Account opening is easy and its easy to make payments online. Funds are transfered instantly.

However, integration with another application (Jotform) was horrible.

Tickets submission is easy and customer service responds to tickets promptly.

Helped our business with taking more secured payments.

The begging and setting up my account was stressful and confusing. Communication was horrible and it delayed a project.

I have yet to have a worse experience to this day. This company sells you on supposedly saving money but in reality, it does not do such a thing.

The platform is easy to use and you can link up your Paysafe accounts to other online wallets.
