From the first conversation it was a breeze working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. They saved me both money, time and frustration. No longer do I call some offshore office with non English speaking people only to be told no no no be put on hold endlessly and pass the buck. Now one call to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and she handles anything I need. But the absolute best is when we receive and envelope in the mail with one of [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] Dollar bill origami's. We have a whole collection of them in our office. needs to be more streamlined. The rep needs to send out most recent application for my vendors

i really have not had a formal introduction to the software. I would like to know more about it.

the commission is VERY LOW. I wish there was a greater return on commission

My experience was very straight forward and professional. The account manager that helped me was very knowledgeable about the industry and worked with me to make sure I had everything I needed.

I like that the pricing was very competitive and I was able to talk to one person throughout the whole process to get set up, instead of being bounced around from department to department

The only thing that slowed down the pace of my application was my own lack of knowledge about the industry and not having all the necessary financial records readily available. My account manager was very patient and walked me through the entire process.

My experience with NDMS has been just fine. I did not have any expectations with the product other than it works with little to no regard by me, and that has been the case.

It was up and running fairly quickly. It works seamlessly with our web site and no real problems with its implementation.

I wish there were better customization options. I would like to easily control messaging and what shows up on the customers statement, as chargebacks have become a problem.
