From the first conversation it was a breeze working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. They saved me both money, time and frustration. No longer do I call some offshore office with non English speaking people only to be told no no no be put on hold endlessly and pass the buck. Now one call to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and she handles anything I need. But the absolute best is when we receive and envelope in the mail with one of [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] Dollar bill origami's. We have a whole collection of them in our office. My experience was very straight forward and professional. The account manager that helped me was very knowledgeable about the industry and worked with me to make sure I had everything I needed.

I like that the pricing was very competitive and I was able to talk to one person throughout the whole process to get set up, instead of being bounced around from department to department

The only thing that slowed down the pace of my application was my own lack of knowledge about the industry and not having all the necessary financial records readily available. My account manager was very patient and walked me through the entire process.

My experience with NDMS has been just fine. I did not have any expectations with the product other than it works with little to no regard by me, and that has been the case.

It was up and running fairly quickly. It works seamlessly with our web site and no real problems with its implementation.

I wish there were better customization options. I would like to easily control messaging and what shows up on the customers statement, as chargebacks have become a problem.

Very easy to access and dependable as any credit card merchant should be. Easy to balance payments and manage refunds with transaction id search. Paperless statements allow me to save time and space with records. Highly recommended

The dashboard has changed a couple times, giving a short learning curve navigating a new look. Yet always the same dependable service.

I SEE THAT WE ARE SAVING MONEY AND I DONT HAVE TO ENTER THE CC #S EACH TIME AS MOST OF OUR CLIENTS PAY MONTHLY.

INSTEAD OF HAVING TO ENTER THE CC #S ON THE KEYPAD OF THE MACHINE, I CAN DO IT ON THE COMPUTER.

Never ask for CVV data on credit cards, so I believe we could get better rates if we could provide for more secure transactions

The benefits of this software is that I can take funds from debtors instantly. The issue is I'm not sure of the fees till they are deducted from my account. The service is slightly more expensive than I thought. Last month I had paid over $300.. which is almost 10% of my earnings. Other than that, No problems. Also the bank held funds twice without telling me. I had to make several calls to find out why.

Software works great with Simplicity Collect. I could pull up an account and easily charge customers card.

No complaints really with the software. Switching from accounts is confusing. I have two merchant accounts.. Loans and misc debt

We've appreciated being able to offer credit/debit point-of-sale payments to our school families.

We appreciate the card-swiper, the easy to use screens, the email confirmations, and the close-batch reports.

The security scans are difficult for us because retail is not our primary function.

Once setup, it is very easy to use. It is a secure way to process payments.

Although I understand how important security is, there are too many options available. This makes setting up for the best results difficult.

We use this company as a third party through another program we use so our experience with them is minimal. We run reports monthly for tracking purposes and reconciling.

The product is easy to use. It is the software associated with another software package that we use so we did not have a choice on which merchant company to use.

It is expensive for what we use it for. We do minimal credit card transactions each year but needed to be able to accept credit cards through another software program that we use and this was the merchant service associated with that software program.

The best thing about the product is the support team. Most of the time whenever I have a problem I can email my point of contact and he'll respond within a a few hours and help me with the issue.

I wish that there were more opportunities for us to get our processing fee lowered, but I understand because of our industry it has to stay the same.

I was extremely please with the service I received from NDMS Merchant Account. I only stopped using the service because it was not compatable with Teleflora. I am a Teleflora florist and Teleflora processes all my credit cards.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I was extremely pleased with everything.

We are collecting more payments by using this service.

The information is easy to find and the reporting is good. Deposits post to my account clearly.

I don't have anything I dislike about the product. There are features I haven't used, this is a portal that is only used by us for one departments, so our usage is pretty small, so I haven't had a need to figure out downloads or imports.
