Loved it. We were exchanging a device for one of our merchants, and even though the process took a bit longer, the process was made bearable because of the great support you guys have. However, I am pretty sure that any other issue would be dealt in a similar manner so for that - ALL props to you!

PROS

As a partner, I worked on setting up one account with Payarc directly with your support and I was amazed. She was nice, very responsive and very knowledgeable. I was very pleasantly surprised as I worked with different support teams where they did not have one of these adjectives I used for [sensitive content hidden]. It was truly the easiest work I had so far.

CONS

Did not have much time to see negative sides of Payarc. So for now, nothing. Hopefully, it stays this way/

Payarc has worked with us to get us next-day business funding, lowered our fees, communicates when chargebacks spike, and they have worked with us on our reserve. I cannot say enough great things about this processor.

PROS

I love how Payarc really works with their merchants. They want each one to succeed and they will do what they can to make processing with them not only seamless but also as enjoyable as possible. They make wanting to switch to a different processor undesirable.

CONS

I would love if they updated their chargeback/dispute dashboard. It can get pretty messy in there and it makes it challenging to keep it all straight. For example, if a 2nd/pre-arb comes in, it's impossible to tell if we have the option to rebut or if the case closed. They are both displayed as an open 2nd. Also, I feel like the status on the disputes aren't very accurate either.

Reasons for switching to Payarc

Payarc was better priced and more merchant friendly.

We've had a positive overall experience.

PROS

The ease of working with their team. Their ability to accommodate our needs. Their willingness to go above and beyond to help out.

CONS

Consistent software issues. It is sometimes difficult to get ahold of their support team, and occasionally issues take longer to resolve than wanted.

We chose PayArc because it felt like we were talking with a small local support team; they go out of their way to get things done. You can tell they care about the relationships they develop with their clients/partners.

User Friendly Interface

Very positive. Thanks for using American agents!

PROS

I love using the v3 version as it is extremely user friendly and the reports are comprehensive with all the information I would need for accounting.

CONS

I loathe the v4 version as it is NOT user friendly nor is the interface user friendly. The reports are not easy to work with.

Great payment processor

Great customer support and super fast response time.

PROS

I've been using Payarc for a while and love it. I love that I get the full payment and the fees are deducted at the end of the month, makes accounting so much easier.

CONS

None that I can think of I really love this product and its integration with our CRM.

Accounting was a huge pain with fees deducted from every donation.

Great support

PROS

The support team is amazing. [sensitive content hidden] responses to all of my requests in a timely manner.

CONS

The payarc software needs to be improved to have more features such as on screen signature. Payarc needs to create plugin that allows wordpress developers to create their own POS system that can be integrated with Payarc terminal easier.

Amazing Support!

The experience was great, have been recommending a lot of CP merchant as the boarding process is pretty seamless.

PROS

The level of support at PayArc is great. There is always someone to pick up a call and willing to provide help when needed.

CONS

I would hope during the after hours that the support would be able to assist on more technical things when needed. There are times where I am told I would have to wait until the main office is open once again.

PayArc Support

In the merchant service business going on 38 years and Payarc's one of the top processors I've worked with, enjoy doing business with the Payarc team(s).

PROS

I like the way I can pick up the phone and talk to someone when I have any issues, in today's world emails going back-and-forth tend to have problems, Payarc provides the personal touch.

CONS

Reserves on accounts is always a challenge

Great Support Team

PROS

Their support team is great! They are always full of valuable information and I rarely feel like a question or situation is unanswered. They are timely in their responses for the most part as well. Each member that I have dealt with so far has been great. Shoutout to [sensitive content hidden] and many others!

CONS

The only thing i don't like is their email functionality. The email threads can get confusing because it sends automatic ticket emails after each email you send out.

I love this place

Very easy to get to customer service and knowledgeable staff.

There should be some price reduction in credit card rates but I know they cant help that the system is benefiting off of consumers and merchants both.

PayArc has been very easy to contact, great customer service

PayArc is our card processor and so far processing is timely.

PROS

Everything was easy to set up and the few times I needed to contact them the customer service was easy to reach and very knowledgeable

CONS

So far I don’t have any issues or complaints with any aspect of PayArc

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

CONS

Most days support is very quick with responses and helpful in problem solving. However, there are some days when it is hard to get in touch with a support person via email and over the phone so we are left a few days with no response/follow up
