  • Pros

  • I like this software as I can access the website easily from anywhere, home or office.
  • I like the ease of use, the software is user friendly and straightforward , documentation populates to corresponding templates automatically once entered into the software.
  • Cons

  • Its hard to contact other employees through the network.
  • Also, it would be ideal if the problem areas could autopopulate on the discharge summary so you wouldn't have to spend limited time to generate the discharge summary.

  • The text message reminders are a huge asset and help keep our patients informed.
  • The product is great, easy to use, and the team is easy to work with.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes, patients do receive reminders of cancelled appointments , but that is only when cancelled a few days prior.
  • Don’t have any personal complaints, sometimes tracking the things I do as a Therapist are hard as it does not seem to be built for therapy services.
