Everyone at Virtuagym is awesome. Prompt responses, great functionality (although slightly unintuitive sometimes), great pricing, fully featured.

Our studio loves the Community feature of this product to share information, updates, and ease of engagement with clients.

Clients found it to be a bit wonky at times, and a little confusing to use at times.

Great service from [SENSITIVE CONTENT. I like the software for the easy use and for all the feature and  the apps are a nice addition for my clients.

There are no public phone numbers. You cannot speak with anyone of management level or above to escalate any issues.

Also, their pay service integration sucks. It is very difficult to use them for bookkeeping and POS and I ended up just resorting to Square.

First off, their support is exceptional with live chat and dedicated, rapid email response.

There is no where where I have consented to them renewing my contract at all. This is a complete scam and DO NOT use this this service at all.

The app is easy to use and understand.I really like the flexibility.

I enjoyed the community board feature where updates can be posted in real time to the group/clients which promotes interaction. The app user friendly according to member feedback.

Being in another country does make it difficult to follow up with any issues.

Being able to adjust the app as we want and the ability to program for clients right in the app is awesome. We are getting great reviews from our clients.

I really appreciate the ease of setup. It integrated nicely with our University software for easy syncing of Staff and Students.

Their platform is intuitive and easy to set-up and they have worked to customize a detailed integration with our Club Management Software ABC Financial.

It has many great features that make creating and following workouts very easy.

Being able to save meals is great, especially when I have clients who eat the same meals a lot, or if I want to save a quick meal for my clients to have access too.

The community feature is great - its like a facebook group but without having to be on facebook.

Some exercises are difficult to find when building a workout for my clients. Very rare but it has happened.

I first tried to cancel back June and it is now September. This company is very self serving and dishonest.

I have been a very satisfied user of the Nudge platform for the past several years. It offers an incredibly friendly user-interface for communications with clients.

This ensures continuity of care (think vacation and someone trying to read your handwritten notes) and a feeling​ like your coach truly knows you.

If there's a feature missing, it's usually just a few months away and already being developed.

This is a great option for those looking for a coaching app that doesn't involved personal training or fitness. It's got a fantastic group/community feature as well.

Depending what you’re looking for, this is a great coaching software that you can mold into being your own software with tons of flexible options.

What I like least is the inability to see trends in a bar graph or line format.

What I like about this application is how friendly it becomes when you use it and it becomes almost indispensable for the development and planning of the day.

What I like most is that the platform offers a very streamlined ease of use capability of coaching a group or one on one.

Initially, there was no way to remove unsolicited people from downloading the app, however, the team listened to my feedback and installed this option.

Nudge Coach is a cloud-based personal training and health management solution designed for fitness studios, wellness studios and personal trainers. It offers client management, fitness plan, nutrition management and reporting functionalities within a suite. Apps for Android and iOS devices are included.


Nudge Coach combines data from other fitness apps such as Fitbit, Moves and RunKeeper and provides trainers and customers a daily summary of exercises and workouts. The app has a feature called "Nudge Factor," which scores users based on their activity levels. Based on the Nudge Factor score, users can earn titles such as Greenhorn, Hotshot and Legend.


The product also offers a calorie counter, which allows trainers to view a clients' food intake down to the level of micronutrients such as proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
