  • Pros

  • It has helped us save costs as we don’t always need a receptionist to man the front desk. Visitors are always super impressed, has transformed the visitor experience.
  • Integrations with Outlook and Google calendar its great feature. The kiosk app is user-friendly to the visitors, fluid to work with.
  • Cons

  • I find it hard to change something in configuration, and it don't depends on me, I have to contact the supplier.
  • Reloading take several times. Sometimes you can not find the information requiring customers and people often gets a little bit frustrated.

  • It is easy to use and integrated well with what we were previously using.
  • The reports are customizable too.) And customer service has been AMAZING.
  • Cons

  • If a guard accidentally hits the wrong title under the reported issue section they can't go back and fix it to the correct one.
  • The photos are not always clear, most are blurry and unfocused.
