000ft - A Great Software Suite To Manage Project Time.

It could do more - you had to hover and wait to see the client, which was an inconvenience. There weren't enough colours for us to distinguish between projects and clients and project managers etc.

The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to set up and use. I'm able to customize the display to my own preferences and view all my resources in one place.

This software has proven a good simple way to keep track of our hours.

Capacity resource management is super helpful. The end product & level of analytics that 10k can achieve is very helpful.

It is also possible to review the actual time spent on assignments and tasks and is a powerful tool for invoicing purposes.

The interface is very easy to use and I like the ability to set-up our accounts, projects, and teams.

This is the single worst UX application I've ever been swindled into paying for. The time tracking uses decimals instead of time 1.5 is 1 hour & 30 minutes.

Calling 10,000ft Plans rigid might be a stretch, but its lack of customization options should be noted. It's more than just visual tweaks too.

Great for reporting on time used per project. And great for reporting budgets for customers.

It also is a great help in planning resources. Finally team members can see by themselves on what projects they will work in the future.

Customer support was awesome. Definitely liked what they have to offer in terms of service and tools.

We could have a quick team meeting in the morning and everyone would instantly know what they're booked on. It did one thing pretty well, but as the studio grew we just needed more.

What I like most about this software is its ability to be the single source of truth for team resourcing, which then can provide reports on average bill rates, actual and projected revenue figures.

Makes end of the month timekeeping and billing much easier. Being able to link Praesto with Quickbooks is a huge plus.

Not only is this a robust solution to Digital Project Management, but it also runs on the Macintosh by using Filemaker as the database.

The software can be very slow at times, and it is hard for me to multitask with it open on my computer.

It's difficult to navigate to the information it stores and tracks. It's not the most intuitive and user-friendly.

QuickBooks is a great accounting program but isn't able to do direct/overhead at the project level.

It easily tracks my time, and I love the ability to add comments on each task.

Praesto AE has greatly benefited our firm and all of our project managers. Each manager can quickly and easily check budgets so they can spend more time focused on clients and projects.

Praesto has been easy to learn and use. The customer support has by far been the best I have ever seen from any company in my career.

I like that we are able to see if we are profitable or not on a project. It allows us to see how much we are actually paying versus what we are charging.

We had trial copies of the Delteks of the world, but for a small company, we needed a product that was easy to implement, had great service help, and integrated completely with Quickbooks.

Customer Support has been excellent. We are in Australia, and we either get an immediate email or phone call to our requests, or it is there the next morning.

As we use it a lot during the day, it slows down more until it freezes.

We subscribed on a monthly basis to be sure we wanted to continue to use it. After 3 months, we purchased the annual subscription to save money.

After 5 months, I haven't found anything I don't like about BaseBuilders or Praesto.
