Nothing is intuitive, not flexible or user-friendly. You learn through trial & error the correct way to set things up to get the results you need.

I'm not the most tech-oriented so it is relatively easy to use and intuitive. This software is very robust and we don't use it to its full capacity but would like to use more of its capability.

Using the software has been difficult simply because it's a huge program that tries to do everything and as a result, it feels awkward and hobbled together.

It has a lot of features and integrates job data into the general ledger. Support staff are always available.

Everyone has solid background of experience and is not only helpful but polite. We joke that we have learned more about proper process controls by using the system properly.

Our experience has been great. This is a great system to help organize and build your operation into the future.

It is solid and performs as it should. Advantage make continuous helpful updates so it is relevant.

With the switch to Advantage, we were able to integrate our media campaigns into the Advantage software, cutting down on the manual work needed in the billing process.

It can be quite overwhelming and confusing. There are aspects of usability that I believe require more steps than necessary.

Also, there are some also that is difficult and a lot of steps to to correct the problem.

Advantage is relatively easy to use and makes our accounting easy.

They have a tremendous support team that really takes the time to understand your business and how you can most effectively benefit from the myriad of features both on setup and implementation.

It came over seamlessly as a commission only order for billing. The buyer cancelled the previous order and I changed the radio orders back to gross.

Advantage has the best customer service people and availability that I've experienced in numerous software systems.

Things just seemed overly complicated and the software wasn't optimized for Mac users so it was sometimes difficult to use.

It's intuitive and easy to use while being very robust and comprehensive. Perfect for distributing work across teams and keeping track of progress and issues.

Great task-management software at an affordable price - JIRA is a great solution for a small business.

Jira has been good tool to help us organize and execute our team's work. I'd hope to find more flexibility in views and the like in JIRA, but as it's focus is on software teams I understand.

There are nice features that integrate across the ecosystem, like opsgenie, also the charts seem useful,  having multiple metrics about the project progress.

Some of the breakdowns of what issue the problems fall under aren't specific enough, and there are character limits for some of the requests when they should be able to leave more detail.

Customer service is outstanding. Great for companies to use as a ticketing system for logging issues, creating tasks and projects etc.

Overall experience is very nice with jira because of it's inclusive price & good features.

I love the integration with bitbucket because I can relate commits, pull requests and branches to an amount os cards on Jira, what is great for maintenability as well as for management.

Its configuration is a little confusing. As for use, in the beginning user is somewhat lost due to many fields and features of the tool.

I like having the ability to “tag” other colleagues until tickets and messages. I also like the integration ability with some of our other tools.

I love that you can make recommendations and they listen to you and implement the changes which are great.

Jira was great for what I needed it for; bug reporting. However, as someone who it took a while to learn, I am happy that is all I had to do.

We needed a help desk system that is reliable and performed the functions we wanted. It fit the bill perfectly at a cost that didn't break our bank.

Jira works great and allows to access and change boards very easily. It is a great way to communicate with the team due to the great features.

It’s a great program that helps organizations stay on top of project completions or important customer interactions.

Helps categorize, filter, share issues with great ease. There are so many good features that I love, it's hard to list over a review.

The problem is that with the passage of time I have been getting more things that I dislike and the initials do not stop bothering me, they could even bother me more at a certain point.

Also the issue tracking system is awesome. I used other service desk solutions in the past but Jira is best among them.

It's great to have a single place where we can document epics/features/stories/tasks. It's a great integration with third-party tools like Git.
