Customer support throughout setup and launch was excellent with a product specialist available onsite, phone and web-conference to help train our team and customize our environment.

Ability to use for multiple solutions in addition to Agile Project Management. I've been in the business for over 30 years and Clarizen Customer Care in the best I've experienced in a very long time.

The reporting suite is also very good and there seems to be a keen drive to continually improve the product.

It is an amazing project tracking system, has help us to improve the tracking of our projects and avoid delays.

The licensing model is confusing, not as advanced as Salesforce.

No integration with QuickBooks online Canada. No customization allowed with this tool.

Given its complexity, it is still very approachable and you can start using it right away, adding the more advanced features as you go.

No option for capturing project expenses against a project. Difficult to enter in dependencies, very repetitive task, rather than allowing for templates to be used.

The core PPM capabilities of Clarizen are very strong, but the biggest game change for us has been the 'custom objects' capability.

We researched for the best project management software app we could find and ended  up at Clarizen. It has the best features and an easy to use interface.

Super reporting capabilities. Use can create custime views which can be used for Project Meetings.

Working with Clarizen is always easy, they are incredibly helpful and their Professional Services support is outstanding.

This has got to be the most important consideration in my opinion. There are many great features of Clarizen, the API, interact, social collaboration and much more.

I love the simplistic, yet advanced tools this platform provides. Clarizen has made project management easy for me and my team.

The new native mobile app is great. Customer support, access to training and, professional services are all excellent.

The licensing model is a bit awkward when adding licenses to an existing account. The Gantt functionality is outdated.

I just love the tool because of its social media integration capability, the realistic information which the software provides is just awesome.

You can assign the resources for a project easily, see their advance and request progress report.

As a PPM, there are still gaps (as of this writing) in some basic PPM functionality. The most glaring to me is the lack of Capacity Planning functionality.

Overall, so impressed with this platform. Excited to learn a ton at Clarizen @ Work to help tranform our company.

Another great feature we use a lot is the expansive and complex WBSs you can have for projects. This allowed us to have a better sense of project flow and visibility to where our projects are at.

Cloud based , good collaborative environment for project management activities like plan and workflow. Cost effective solution.

The vendor is very nice to deal with from a sales perspective, as well as with training. We are very pleased with Clarizen and will continue to use it after our initial subscription is up.

The most important thing that impressed me is the proximity of the Clarizen team. They are quick with to the point answers, very accessible and open to listen to your challenges.

We have used Clarizen for years and recommend it to all our clients. We are always asked for solutions that integrate with Salesforce.com and now we have a solution we can refer with confidence.

Its capability to be applied for wide applications and the customer support.

It was a disaster switching to Redbooth, and it was a major upgrade from Basecamp. Maybe it was too big of a jump for a smaller organization.

In short I would say it’s a great intuitive application to form new profitability reports and to create meaningful collaboration.

I have using this program for 2 years now and is a wonderful tool.

This is a minimalistic software full of functionality. I enjoyed the ability to have it across my mobile devices.

This software is a proffesional planner software which provide a very good feature to build a plan greatfull, awesome.

Got kicked out several times and lost my work.

I do have a problem with adding more tasks. It seems a little hard to add and move around.

Since switching to MAC i have missed my MSProject.

Good interface in creating project plans and presenting them to leadership teams.

It helps our project stay organized so we are not missing details. I searched for a while for a program to help and I'm so glad that I found it.

The description is a little misleading and it's hard to navigate. Saving a project is somewhat confusing as well.

My Mac based product keeps failing my expectations.

I do not like that i cannot print directly form program itself I always have to send my self and email and that is frustrating. That is does not do an automaiic save is also frustrating.

Project Planning pro to manage a good project  for beginners.

PPP is very simple and easy to plan and manage any kind of project. It helps to manage  my complex projects at any time.

Nice UI, looks like nice and also very esay to make some budget planning so we can make sure what we done.

It have been improving the features that comes with it and also including some more. I fell confortable using it and also it provides good presentations.

I love the availability of not starting from scratch. I can upload my project time line from Dropbox, email and or GServer.

This is a great app to help with Project Planning especially scheduling.

It could be made more user friendly and losing data is frustrating.
