I can't tell them enough how impressed I am with their customer service every time I have a question or simple feedback.

It does provide good generalist data on how human resources are spent across different similarly priced projects.

Easy to use and powerful. You have access to different areas related to resources and projects with 1 click.

I have to contact the administrator every time I input data in a wrong field.

Integrating it with other tools is also a nice feature (such as invoicing tools).

Hubplanner is great for managing team members and budgets.

Great for forecasting - lacking in setup capabilities.

Sometimes if you input an error into your timesheet, you are not allowed to edit and correct the issue.

This tool makes it easy to track the time you need to spend working on a project and report that data out. Good for assigning team members time and getting accurate reporting.

We use it to log pre-sales requests so that they are dealt with in a timely manner and in the order of which they come in, it is truly helpful as well as a quick way to log these requests.

It's hard to find something that I don't like about Hub Planner.

Finally, if something is missing or if you need assistance the support team in AMAZING.

A way to revert accidental time submissions rather than having to go through the admin.

It's fun and easy to see our next schedule and the upcoming projects.

This does not have anything to do with the software but I don't remember to log time as often as I should and I find it hard to remember what I did for every hour of every week.

Overall i'm quite happy with hub planner, it seems to serve our basic resource tracking needs.

I have a new mac air, and it makes it really difficult to run a meeting while projecting because not everything fits on the screen.

It's fine, the benefits are really to my managers, not me.

As a user, it is great that you can be assigned to a project and it already show up on your time sheet. Using other tools I have had to lookup my project every week.

I really like the scheduling tool on this software, it is great to be able to move the allocated projects around with easy as ur schedules are always changing.

WorkflowMax was a good tool for the needs of the company. It is however lacking in terms of visualision of reports and data.

The ability to calculate and manage task time automatically without having people try to manually work out their hours is very helpful.

It really takes time to master the software. What I find also confusing is that you can add returns for individuals under the company account where they are owners or shareholders.

We have used workflowmax for years with the integration to Xero accounting software. The software has been reliable and the added mobile upgrades have increased our insight from out of the office.

It was difficult to configure and setup from an invoicing perspective.

I love how easy it is to start timing a job/task for billable time tracking. The website is fast to load and use with a great UI.

The custom reporting can be a bit hard to navigate around, especially for any newcomers to the system.

WorkflowMax is the best at tracking time and project costs.

Great value for money - does 95% of what other more sophisticated systems do at a fraction of the price. Easy set up and implementation.

We use WFM for project management and timesheet management. It's easy to use and for managing small projects, it is a great product.

It allows you to create great custom reports and is very handy for tracking your time. It integrates with Xero.

I like how easy and convenient it is for this program to track billable time. The program is user friendly and efficient.

WFM cannot handle multi-line itemised quotes, is slow to use and has very limited functionality.

Typically, paperwork goes missing, emails go missing.

Workflow max helps to solve the issue of effective invoicing of time worked on each client.

It can get costly to get all your project contractors accessing project documents.

All in all an extremely good, cost effective solution that integrates well with Xero and all of our clients are always happy with the solution.

Reporting is clunky an non-intuitive. Extra features in the premium version are seriously overpriced.

Overall we really like it. It is perfect for a small business with limited needs.

Any quotation with more than a dozen lines become hard to follow.

Easy to use, haven't had any big issues and good way to keep track.

Integration with Xero is really the biggest benefit... also their estimate-to-invoice system is pretty good.

Custom reports are great. It kept us on track with schedules.

The support is terrible, reports are clunky at times and you need to pay extra to unlock half decent reports.

Their helpdesk is awesome, and always friendly. The layout of the invoices is really clean and tidy.

Not too much else that is a problem - especially for the price.

WorkflowMax provides us the opportunity to run our own reports with a very powerful custom report builder in a very easy and intuitive way.

This is a good app I find particularly useful for easily adding time and cost while I am out and about away from the office. Makes my life that little bit easier which I appreciate.
