Hub Planner is a cloud-based project management solution suitable for businesses of any size across a variety of industries. Key features include scheduling and planning, timesheets, reports and an optional approval process tool.
In Hub Planner’s scheduling module, users drag and drop the personnel needed for a project into calendars. Users can see which team members have availability, who is overbooked and who is on vacation or is sick. This software integrates with iCal, so team members can see their own bookings.
Users can group team members based on skill level or department, and team members can be filtered based on location and skill sets. The timesheets module tracks the actual time team members spend on projects versus the time originally booked.
Hub Planner offers an optional approval tool, where users can choose to manually review timesheets submitted by team members. Users can then either approve or reject those time sheets.
Hub Planner is based on a per user per month basis. Support is offered via screen-sharing tutorial sessions with potential and existing clients.
