I found many products and tried using those one by one. In all among them I found that kanban tool is very handy, easy to use, mobile application, excellent customer support.

This tool is easy to use and doesn't require any training. The low cost is definitely a plus.

There is no available setting for a target column related to due date. The calendar on the right is small, it would be usefull to be able to open it in another window.

Use in combination with Todoist, combining it through Zapier. This way I have the best of both worlds and I manage the work using few resources.

I can't believe how user friendly Kanban Tool is. We have used the physical Kanban board in the past, but using it online is great when one of us is offsite, we can easily check or add to our boards.

It's hard to imagine what this tool does not have. You can customize fields.

I should admit that it wasn't easy to use. And we finally switched to Trello.

The only little complaint I have is that unless you log in, you can't easily see all the changes that have been made.

What is the mayor advantage for me is that you can try 2 user free trial version- what I am actually practicing to see how does it work.

Simple and effective for Kanban based task management. Great drag and drop and other friendly UI functionality to make management easy.

Without it, I would be incapable of getting anything done.

I slightly dislike that Kanban Tool  lacks project management for large and global enterprises.

Can't change color easily (too many clicks currently).

The visual ease of the tool is phenomenal. Recording important files, checklists, due dates, and handoffs became very smooth.

It has a panel dedicated to statistics, which is very suitable in the analysis of the work done over a period of time.

Outside of the comments related to the price, it seems to me a very useful solution to work in teams, especially because it is very aligned with the KanBan methodology.

I'll also try using some of the available board filters.

Kanban Tool avoided the eye candy most other developers often rely on to bring customers on-board. They left well enough alone.

It really helps to see what should be done, with what priority and when. I really reccomand to make work go smooth and easy.

Love the new design they've brought out, love the ease of creating new projects, love the maintenance-free time tracking, love their quick support team.

The software is easy and almost fun to use, the data it provides is very useful and it all just makes sense. If we have questions or problems, the staff at BaseBuilders is super responsive.

I am more of the technical support person in our office, I installed Praesto AE, do the updates, and trouble shoot.

Makes end of the month timekeeping and billing much easier. Being able to link Praesto with Quickbooks is a huge plus.

Not only is this a robust solution to Digital Project Management, but it also runs on the Macintosh by using Filemaker as the database.

The software can be very slow at times, and it is hard for me to multitask with it open on my computer.

It's difficult to navigate to the information it stores and tracks. It's not the most intuitive and user-friendly.

QuickBooks is a great accounting program but isn't able to do direct/overhead at the project level.

It easily tracks my time, and I love the ability to add comments on each task.

They regularly reach out to us if they haven't heard from us to make sure we are happy with the program.

Praesto AE has greatly benefited our firm and all of our project managers. Each manager can quickly and easily check budgets so they can spend more time focused on clients and projects.

Praesto has been easy to learn and use. The customer support has by far been the best I have ever seen from any company in my career.

I like that we are able to see if we are profitable or not on a project. It allows us to see how much we are actually paying versus what we are charging.

We had trial copies of the Delteks of the world, but for a small company, we needed a product that was easy to implement, had great service help, and integrated completely with Quickbooks.

Customer Support has been excellent. We are in Australia, and we either get an immediate email or phone call to our requests, or it is there the next morning.

As we use it a lot during the day, it slows down more until it freezes.

We subscribed on a monthly basis to be sure we wanted to continue to use it. After 3 months, we purchased the annual subscription to save money.

After 5 months, I haven't found anything I don't like about BaseBuilders or Praesto.

A huge selling point to this program was that we got all of the features WITH unlimited technical support for one very affordable price.

We're just starting to use the more in-depth features. It's a great addition to our company.

It solved a lot of our project organization woes, and assembled all of the data, both project and billing, in a single, easy to use format.

The Preasto team has been very diligent in helping move all our data to the new system and extremely helpful in showing us the myriad of new accounting and management tools at our disposal.

Praesto did all that for us. It's priced right for the small business and gives us the reporting that we need to be profitable.
