  • Pros

  • Correspondence is attractive and easy to customize. The various tools available for setting rates/manipulating rates are easy to use.
  • Great group of innovative individuals who are constantly trying to improve the software and stay ahead of the competitors.
  • Cons

  • It's an odd feature to be missing, because everything else about every unit and office is customizable (the correspondence documents, the booking modules, the rate plans and the unit setup.
  • Extremely difficult to navigate and they seem to have issues with the login pages; I have had to re-register 3 times within the last 5 months. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

  • I can easily add all of my properties, customize them and add little details about them. The customer support is fantastic and the set up team was dynamo.
  • Quickens response time allowing us to address tenant issues with a greater sense of urgency. The Landport customer service team is only an email or phone call away and always very helpful.
  • Cons

  • It is too hard for them to read and fill it out on their phones.
  • Our team had difficulty accessing landport from their blackberrys/mobile devices. Managers need to regularly review open work orders and either close out or reassign.
