I liked the layout of the program as well as the note system. It just did not have enough functions to be useful in our operations.

They build a great web site, we also have a mobile web site that is great. The cost is less than what we were paying with our previous company.

Having to add the information again once it is in the system, is sometimes difficult.

CRM integration is perfect. As part of a large user group features are available that could not be afforded if building an individual website.

They were so rude and unprofessional that I contacted one of their competitors for assistance after months of no response from live Rez.

Also frustrating is how rates are managed. You can set seasons, but it is damn near impossible to adjust the rates for specific days.

Though I have no experience with competing products, the LiveTrust software seems to fantastic so far and should simplify my bookkeeping.

However, I am still struggling to use/edit aspects of our listings in the software and I've been a user for over eight years.

We are talking about thousands of emails from our company alone which caused lots of frustration both from our guests, employees and owners.

Great implementation and support - so glad we've come back to LiveRez.

I really like the interface of the software, very user friendly. Easy to create properties, and great website, with great dynamics.

Intregation process was easy. Ease of daily use and functionality.

LiveRez is so close but is to clunky and can fail at times with it's accounting features.

The support staff is wonderful for any issues, the team at LiveRez is great in any kind of help you need in a fast manner.

After several months of radio silence from live Rez we disputed the charge and filed a complaint with the  BBB.

Customer Service was always willing to lend a helping hand when we needed assistance.

I had some issues in the past regarding communication, but after having some conversations with higher ups, it feels good now. I feel that the responsiveness has improved a lot.

The website offers an inviting presentation to visitors and we have received numerous compliments on the ease of use and structure of the site.

They work hard like we do in our own company and stay with us until we work through all the tough steps and processes. Live Rez is a true partner not just sign you up, take your money kind of partner.

There are some great features and they have great potential. I'm tied to it because of the amount of time and money I've put in, if I had to do it again right now, I wouldn't sign up with Live Rez.

While these things are good, they don't quite make up for the cons.

I love that the website and reservation system are integrated. I also love the CRM and the iCal integration for our VRBO calendars.

The support on the other end has been awesome. Special thanks to the team for helping us transition from a different platform smoothly.

They are quick, patient, kind, and funny. My 4 star review of Ease of Use is that the system can be a tad tricky.

He guides this company surrounding himself with people that make him look good. We are thankful to be a Live Rez partner and highly recommend them to anyone in the vacation rental business.

It has great functionality and easy to use. It offers complete solution to vacation rentals and offers many features.

Overall Impression:  LiveRez is not only a great reservation system but they are tops in customer service also. They have an amazing team behind the scenes.

After an exhaustive search, we selected Property Blvd as a SAS solution and it has been a great fit for our business.

The ease of conversion and their quick ability to design reports that copied our existing processes were of great benefit. I am also very impressed by the personal support of their staff.

We are happy with our choice and like Property Boulevard.

Property Boulevard stops working every time my computer system does an automatic update/upgrade. Then I have to reset Property Boulevard.

Customer support has been great. We ask questions and receive answers promptly via e-mail and we also arrange tele-conferences using Go-To-Assist.

Inputting information is quick and easy. The reports are not glitzy looking, but they provide the information that is needed.

There isn't much that I dislike about this product. If anything, the only thing I dislike is that when my internet is down I cannot connect to Property Boulevard.

The accounting solution allows for integration with the property/tenant/vendor solution at the client's disposition, which is great.

Payroll and no drill down function in reports. Cannot create own report from data unless you are a crystal programmer.

It is great software, and you will learn to appreciate it as you utilize it. Also, use the online training they offer.

Overall, the software handles the Property/Tenant relationship with great reports and easy to use features.

Property Boulevard is efficient in every way – I cannot believe how much money and time it is saving us. The support team quickly responds to any challenge like magic.

Half of the time he does not actually even solve the problem, just basically tells you to live with the malfunction and carry on.

The customer service people are very knowledgeable, nice and respond quickly. Management reports are fabulous.

It's powerful and easy to use. Business and accounting rules are set once, and the daily transactions are fully automated.

However, the absolute worst part of this program is the customer service.

I am a relatively calm person but anytime I have to speak with him, my blood pressure rises. I honestly cannot stand him and it is appalling how there is NO ONE ELSE to talk to over there.

The system has management and accounting capabilities and provides access to multiple network users. The software offers multi- deployment option and can be deployed either as web-based or a windows application.
