The software is getting better and better. I will continue to use it.

I love this software because it uploads all of my incomes and expenses without me having to type them in. I also love that I can export a year-end report and send it straight to my CPA with ease.

I have been using the online leases a lot which are relatively easy to use. The property inspection report function that they recently added is pretty cool.

Easy to build quick reports, look at data by segments, etc. Tagging pages and features are easy when your CSS works well with pendos tool.

I like the fact that it's pretty simplistic to use, but it fairly robust in it's offering.

Great way to get insight into how customers and users are using our product and features. Capturing all data on the web even when you didn't tag a feature or page yet is a huge bonus.

PendoPay is a nice new feature that enables all of your payments to be synced for a low cost in the software as well. Their attempt is keeping everything in one place, which is a nice goal.

The onboarding process has been good, and my new success manager has been helpful. Helped me get more insight then I got with google analytics to aid in data-driven decision making.

You sometimes get lost in the interface but this is rare.

Pendo allows potential renters to fill in their information online. As a newbie in the rental business Pendo has been very easy to use and setup.

Its great as all my expenses are in 1 place and it gives me reminders for tenancy agreements renewals etc.

I use this software daily and it is way easier and much less expensive than the previous software I was using which was super cumbersome and difficult.

This has significantly improved how we interact with users and what content we serve them at every touchpoint.

The clunky interface was made worse on slow-speed days, whereas other programs were not affected at all.

Also critical was event management and integration with membership, since the organization's main publicity and fundraising activity is a large bike ride. Web site integration was also attractive.

It has errored out a number of times and there was no intuitive alert to let us know we were missing out on authorized donations.

A minor lack of functionality although this was a very mild displeasure.

Every support request has been taken care off super-quickly. It has been a pleasure to work with the WA team since 2015.

WildApricot is a cloud-based membership management system used by business and trade associations, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, charities, clubs and community organizations. It supports organizations from a few members to 15,000 members in size.


With WildApricot’s website builder, administrators can create both a public website and private pages for members and committees. Widgets—such as event calendars, public and private membership directories and donation forms—can be copied and pasted into the builder.
