We are so very happy with the results from our new ASAP childcare program. From the start, our training associate Shelley Mossman has been a fabulous instructor.

When COVID-19 forced us to cancel ALL of our programming, including all classes, community partnerships, and our major fundraising gala, ASAP did not make any reduction in our monthly bill.

The solution is robust and has all the features we need. The staff using the solution finds it friendly and it is easy to set up and get adoption from new users.

The user interface on the back end is relatively easy to navigate, once you've gotten used to it.

Great communication and information provided. Information was reliable, thorough and provided me with enough information to be able to make a decision.

It has been good to have the history of students at our finger tips. If you need someplace to keep your records it's good.

My biggest complaint is you can't try it out before you sign a 3-year contract. I have specific needs, which they told me they could provide for.

I have recommended this system to every organization I have worked for (past and present) and strongly encourage anyone interested in growing their enrollment and revenue to join the ASAP team.

Though switching to ASAP had a bit of learning curve from that, it has been amazingly helpful overall. I love that we can track credits, attendance, class completions, etc. all from one spot.

Too many complaints from parents/customers that the Apply to Total should be a button not just words so parents/customers don't miss it when they have a promo code.

Prior to switching to ASAP our organization used a clunky old Access database that forever had problems.

Some problems with our site wrap not following through all navigation instances. Browser compatibility through all browser types has also been a minor issue.

The reservations module is terrible. I have no way to book certain spaces for my instructors and have it reflect on the master calendar.

We were also told that any additional reports we wanted to build would cost a lot of money, so we've been stuck with the default reports. Our new software has custom report building built in.

We have had some occasional problems with errors in the middle of operations, both in house and for our online clients as well.

The only downside I've experienced is that there are so many features and options it can be overwhelming.

Reports are still confusing to me. Would rather see static reports with options to build, instead of having to build them all.

I struggle with some reports, but seem to have mastered the email campaign end.

MCE is always quick to respond to questions and client needs. The support structure and their ability to assist via multiple faucets serves the client in an expeditious and user friendly matter.

However, whenever I've needed an additional feature, they already have it integrated and their support staff train me on how to use it.

When we decided to update and redo our website several months ago we had no idea what a mess it was going to become.

We have had a wonderful experience. They don’t have all of the bells and whistles of some of the pricier platforms but they have all the essentials and fit our budget.

The customer service team is very helpful and friendly. They answer my questions and help me find the solutions I need within their program.

Configio is a membership management system that provides a way for businesses to build their own curriculum for online courses. The program includes exams, chapters, assignments, and syllabi within a web-based format accessible from any connected device via any web browser.


With Configio, each user is able to access course content through task lists, surveys, and interactive videos, among other formats. Both learners and instructors are reminded about overdue course items and exams, and the system can also require specific courses to be completed before more advanced sections are unlocked.
