Sometimes we struggle with users that have 3 displays(about 20 of our users). The content from each of the displays often times does not load.

I struggle to find fault with the tool. I find most of the issues goverlan struggles with are related to the workstations inability to keep a current copy of DNS resolution for on domain workstations.

The interface is perfect very easy to use just put the users name and boom you have access.

We demo'd the product for one week and were so amazed at the functionality and price difference that we immediately signed. The entire team loves it.

Overall the experience is very pleasant. Support is great and knows what they are doing and it's not outsourced.

What we like most is its ease of use and its features.

The snapshot and record features have been great and overall the Goverlan program has been a great tool to help support our staff and students and monitor the students activity.

They're fast, efficient, and patient. The Reach Console is easy to use and has gotten us out of a pinch on many occasions.

The ability to quickly connect to remote users and offer a quality tech support experience.

With its Active Directory integration, we can see if a user is logged into a PC and which PC they're logged into.

As stated initially we have been and continue to be very happy with the product.

I use it daily and rely on it to work without a hitch. I have yet to be disappointed.

Also have occasional issues with accessing end points (random SSPI errors).

The software has many features that didn't exist in other products when we bought it. The amount of remote management you can do from it is amazing.

Reach enables me daily to troubleshoot remote stations successfully. I can verify installations, maintain labs and fine-tune Lab's workstations.

LiteManager is a reliable and powerful remote access software, that comes with some handy features and options.

Ideal for quick and easy connections to remote users who are too far from IT and computers.

I like that it is free and works really well. Setup was pretty quick and I can do everyting I could do with TeamViewer.

It is really easy to help them in this way. My tasks are so much easier, programs can be installed from one master computer, files can be interchanged, really it is a fantastic help for me.

Stop working if you try to rename filename of exe file. Interface and remote management are sometimes a bit slow.

It's very great software and it's Free for personal use, it's fast and easy. The app can be downloaded on any iOS or Android device.

This tool offers a simple and clear-cut UI, aimed at providing ease-of-use for the novices, but it is still quite difficult and takes a lot of time to set it up and get used to it for the first time.

I was unable to retrieve a file but this was due to my lack of knowledge as to how to do it. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours I had the reply.

Functional and safe application for small price.

Even considered Ammy and VNC. But LiteManager allows for great flexibility in configuration, letting you configure connections by an identifier that you define yourself through your own gateway.

Our company has been serving its customers for 3 years without any problems with this program and we are very pleased with this product.

When I saw the price, I realized that this is the best application that can be found with such extensive features for such a price tag.

Thus, by starting a local NOIP server, you restrict access from the outside. There is multiplatform here, which, of course, is not ideal for Linux, but it has enough functionality to work.
