Pros
- This has given us the ability to clearly represent the in store experience, ultimately leading to a more cohesive rollout for our retail teams.
- It was quite easy to integrate our products into the program, and actually helped better our internal process overall.
Cons
- While learning I would be frustrated at times when I created a display and then would look at it from a different angle and realize the product was floating or not set as I had thought.
- Technical problems as downloading/receiving pictures as pace is too slow. Fire wall in China which made us stopped working with IWD.
Pros
- I have been using this product for over 8 years and enjoy how easy it is to teach new employees the program. Retail edge updates often enough, and the support staff is always helpful.
- Adding another terminal does not cost an arm and a leg with other products. To have a non-web based POS software that does it all for this price is amazing.
Cons
- Downloaded standard reports are pdfs or garbage csv that require cleaning up to utilize. Functionality for labels is limited, especially for character counts and font size, a huge disappointment.
- I really wish this worked on a mac. I hate that I have to use PC's at work when I use macs everywhere else.
