  • Pros

  • Excellent support and a great way to allow a clients profit and sales goals to be inculcated into a unified pricing strategy.
  • Custom functions can be written in Python so are easy to adapt.
  • Cons

  • Setting up the API wasn't as straightforward as it could have been. Debugging of custom functions can be tricky at times.
  • That it is not about implementing a software but a way of thinking, a way of dealing with a problem.

  • It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, and user-friendly even on the first try. Customer service is awesome and it's great for the price.
  • It also generates multiple graphics and informations for better managing your stores, knowing every information about your products and how they're selling. Is a great tool to have.
  • Cons

  • I struggle with the bluetooth scanners connecting to our store iPads - however this is not a Springboard Retail issue. This is a problem with the hardware & hardware technology.
  • Every complaint I have has been addressed - occasionally I will request a feature or a metric (Inventory Turn!) that is not available now - and for the most part I have seen them implemented.
