  • Pros

  • I like their customer service also. Afterall I fully recommend for your shipment tracking solution for business owners.
  • I also love to be able to use the branded page with our company name and tracking status page to send to customers when we want them to track one particular shipment.
  • Cons

  • It gives you no ETA as to when the parcel will arrived. It tells you nothing about where the parcel is on the way.
  • There is a huuuge price increase when going from the Essentials plan to the Pro plan, almost 20x. That was a bit shocking.

  • The product and the back up customer service is great. I like the ease at which you have many different ways to get to a particular order in system.
  • What I like the most about this software is the fast response of the team and friendly user guide.
  • Cons

  • There isn't too much to dislike about the software. TMS systems that cater to the carrier, or in this case, are exclusively for the carrier, are not easy to find.
  • We use an internet version of Aurora's software. Sometimes it drags due to high internet volumes.
