  • Pros

  • Expensya's helpdesk is very available and reachable quickly (less than 1/2 minutes each time I called). Great reactivity from the business staff.
  • I really enjoy the mobile receipt upload. This made it super easy to submit expenses and have most of the information for each expense automatically input.
  • Cons

  • The scan learning curve is missing or needs improvement. You scan a ticket, regularly for the same merchant, you correct the name of the merchant, and the system will always do the same error.
  • Ahh maybe, i had little bit of trouble logging in on my company mobile. I was refused few times although i was entering correct information (email, password).

  • What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.
  • Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.
  • Cons

  • I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
  • The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.
