Software times has error when creating a PO but once you press create a PO again then everything is fine.

I have been please with the experience with Wise since I started using it 4 years ago.

The aspects I like most about this software is the ability to develop functionality on top of the base product. We can be agile and maneuver the software to adhere to our objectives of our operations.

WISE has made my job as well as many of my colleagues' jobs much easier. The ease of tracking all product that comes in and out of our warehouses electronically has been a huge asset.

The user interface is clean and provides easy access for the end users. We are able to track our inventory accurately and ensure that all of our orders are shipped out on time.

Royal 4 customer service is excellent and I enjoy working with the developers that are assigned to my help desk tickets. Wise has provided a solid shipping system for Kreg Tool for the past few years.

WISE by Royal 4 Systems is a rules-based warehouse management (WMS) system that is able to support a number of industries, including 3PL, automotive, food and beverage and industrial machinery.


WISE helps users manage core warehouse processes such as tasks, operations, budget and productivity tracking. Its functions and features include receiving, directed putaway, picking and slotting, cross-docking, enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration and more.


WISE also offers Advanced shipping notices (ASN), purchase order organization, warehouse transfers and work order processing. Warehouses that require RFID are supported by WISE and WISE offers both radio frequency (RF) and paper-based solutions standard.
