- It’s so easy to use that you can see icons and you know what they do. System gives you the option to export data in excel and even in pdf.
- Great communication with clients. Great communication and use with USCustoms.
Cons
- It is difficult to learn on your own. Using the cloud is challenging because the scanning issues.
- At the beginning, the software may be difficult to learn, but when combined with all the Knowledge-base, one can learn much faster.
Pros
- It’s all real-time too which is a great plus; and the fact that it’s all on one centralised platform with great reporting is an astounding improvement on the mess of spreadsheets we used to use.
- Their software is fast, easy-to-use and you can see they are committed to top quality in every module. This is a very well built system that I’d highly recommend.
Cons
- As much as I have used this system, there has been nothing wrong with this program. I have heard form my coworkers that sometimes there is a coding issue but I am not sure if this is something else.
- I only use it for Procurement and the project management features are of no use to me as I do not need to track project related data.
