We run into a lot of issues with their order tracking and have stopped using Notify for tracking emails because of this and other limitations.

What I like the most is that our returns process has changed for the better since it was implemented.

We have been thrilled with the implementation team and customer success manager.

This has significantly reduced the number of customer support inquiries we've received about tracking updates.

The integration was seamless, the staff at Narvar were attentive and helpful in the transition and helping to get our return policy rules copied over.

Our Mobile page shows a poor quality graphic, bad resolution. We've been asking for direction on how to fix this, several months later, no solution even to-date.

It is so easy to use and build our marketing campaigns to have on your order tracking pages. You can customize the experience per status and easily track analytics.

Customer service calls about when  customers will receive products as well as easier return processes.

Easy for the customer to follow up with the returns and also pushing exchanges for revenue retention.

Easy to work with, good customer support and flexible with changes from business side.

Smaller enterprises with limited budgets might find it costly.

Their onboarding team was helpful and patient with our IT team which is notoriously slow at implementations. The end product is keeping our customers happy and that is all we can ask for.

What I like most about this software is that it empowers my team to make updates as quick as we need to in a super user friendly way.

The best thing about WISE is that it's easy to both set up and to use.

Some Dutch/European standards were not know in WISE and had to be modified.

Very good solution for warehouse management. Makes the ease of tracking and tracing very accommodating for employees.

The benefit was quick and concise customer service, and the hours they quoted to implement the system were quite accurate.

WISE by Royal 4 Systems is a rules-based warehouse management (WMS) system that is able to support a number of industries, including 3PL, automotive, food and beverage and industrial machinery.


WISE helps users manage core warehouse processes such as tasks, operations, budget and productivity tracking. Its functions and features include receiving, directed putaway, picking and slotting, cross-docking, enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration and more.


WISE also offers Advanced shipping notices (ASN), purchase order organization, warehouse transfers and work order processing. Warehouses that require RFID are supported by WISE and WISE offers both radio frequency (RF) and paper-based solutions standard.
