I have been in Procurement for years and they are the Best team that I have worked with. I can't say enough about the quality and how much they care about their customers.

Their customer support staff is easy to get a hold of, extremely knowledgeable of their system and the systems capabilities and are very pleasant to work with.

The overall training, specifically Noreen Basso, was a great experience. She uncovered some the features of the software that were helpful to our organization procedures.

Value is just off the charts, pricing is very cheap compared to other software that accomplishes the same things. It is a very straight forward solution for inventory and purchasing management.

The ease to use and able to export to QuickBooks. Support is awesome to work with as well.

SpendMap is easy to use for all users (Field, Approval, and generating a purchase order).

SpendMap is constantly doing upgrades and new releases so they always striving to make it better. The staff and consultants are top notch and always there to help.

I don't like that I can't edit my req, but have to have it rejected and make a brand new one. It makes it hard to keep the req #'s organized or up to date with the approval process.

The customer support has been excellent and having special reports built was extremely helpful and inexpensive.

E-Series is very helpful for the casual users and for those who just order and approve requisitions.

Naturally the free version was missing some things that we really needed but it was certainly well worth the investment.

Configurability - while complex to initially understand, very easy once you get the lay of the land.

Most feel it is simple to do a PO, but modifying or searching for information is difficult and time consuming.

Starting off with the free version of Spendmap we quickly discovered that it was an exceptional product that was significantly better than the product we previously used.

They are very responsive and very helpful in addressing all our needs and questions.

And the support we've received from SpendMap has been outstanding, with quick and helpful responses to all of our questions.

Requisition, purchasing, inventory and invoicing modules are used to help run our business and is a very user friendly solution.

Easy to learn, easy to use, easy to maintain. Customer service is top notch.

The process to complete requestions, purchase orders, the approval system and ease of use.

The learning curve is a bit steep, all the modules integrate with one another so it takes comprehensive knowledge of each one to really take full advantage of the software.

Initial set up was difficult, gathering all the data and information required and coming up with the system settings we wanted was very time consuming but obviously necessary.

The end users do complain that there is no easy way to just  reorder an item that they have previously ordered. They have to do a look up then when they learn the purchase req.

Have a greatly superior understanding of our purchasing from a year ago. With a dedicated team and support staff to purchase, receive and fill orders using Spendmap, we've saved money and time.

The integration was a smooth transition, the training of staff was well handled, the functionality that the software provides for the price is outstanding.

Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.

It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).

Wrike allowed me to structure my tasks and to follow my progress in the projects. This allows for better time management and the effect of the work accomplished is very beneficial.

Lastly,​ if it's​ not working out for you cancel the auto-renewal​ ASAP.

What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.

It's by far the best platform on the market- we looked at over ten. Great for creatives; love the Adobe Creative Cloud integration.

It is a very good tool to do collaborative work, we like it because it focuses on improving communication and keeping everyone attentive and integrated into the projects.

Overall I am happy, just reduce the cost and the reporting section and we would have a winning software.

I like that wrike provide us functions and tools to work in a easy way, I like that those functions with the graphic interface works really good and I like that you can use them to upgrade your work.

Wrike has come a long way and continues to grow. The fact that they start you off with very good features for free is a testament to their commitment to their user base.

Zero cost entry into project collaboration and organisation. Wrike is more powerful than Asana here because it does more for a lot less.

I like that I am abke to track time, issue and cost spent on projects in real-time with Wrike.

The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.

We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily.

The fact that I have to go into a submenu to close the panel is ridiculous.

Wrike was an awesome tool and allowed me to interact with other departments in such a smart way. The features offered made communication seamless and ensured that nothing fell through the cracks.

There was SO much on Wrike that it became hard to use and intimidating.

It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.

There are some great features and modules. I think the software is capable of being a great tool in project management.

Expensive,  They offer NO REFUNDS, NO CREDIT, NO Contract options.

I really enjoyed some of the unique features like the robust reporting and the apps/integrations. The UI was also pleasant.

Annotating repetitive tasks is the best thing that I have experienced so far. Additionally, it is easy to track progress of work with Wrike.

I've been very sad and puzzled at the disconnect from what project planning and project management is, and the lack of desire to connect or find a solution for prospective customers.

A great do it all, would be the perfect tool if it wasn't for the price and reliability of the app.

Some limited features access the other management tools and need to pay for more use.

Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.

The ease of use and access remotely and that I can get reports on each campaign from one soucre. It really save tome and money.

This software is great for collaborating on tasks with other colleagues. I like that I can set deadline dates and update the task anytime I want and the changes will be tracked.

It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.

The software is good, and we like the desktop user interface. The business has improved project management overall, and it was generally easy to implement.

Compared to nearly every other project management platform I've used it's by far the one with the worst UX.

The free option is very limited. No time tracking, no option for subtasks, and very limited storage included in.

Improved visualization of the actual workload capacity of the team. Folders can be created which are dedicated to be shared only with relevant team members.

The team at Wrike was so helpful getting us up and running and were very attentive to our needs. The software is easy to use, and provides great visibility on projects.

There isn't really a feature in Wrike I'd like to highlight, I think they're all awesome.

There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.

I like the waterfall management interface of Wrike. It also has a comprehensive pricing charts and nice third party apps integrations.

The customer service was good with an employee doing an initial walkthrough.

I like the reports and timetables that we can cooperate on preparing, which are effective and accurately express the percentage of completion of the project.

Another thing I like is the easiest way that Wrike integrates with other tools or apps like google, word, and excel.

Creation of workflow/roadmaps is very user friendly. Preset/automated workflow for frequently repeated tasks is very helpful.

An amazing tool to assist the team solve difficulties and plan ahead of time.

Pleasure experience working with this software, we have modernize on how we managing our project and we can get a real-time progress tracking after using Wrike.

The ability to customize each step of the workflow is most important for us. And the fact that customer service is always available, quick and willing to help, has made all the difference.

I also appreciate how helpful the customer service is. They're personal with their customers to ensure they have what they need and are set up for success.
