Very helpful in reminding people of meetings they have scheduled with me. I also enjoy that Salesmsg links to our CRM so that texts are linked to contact records.

The mobile app is difficult to use. It struggles to load messages so we find ourselves using the desktop app 99% of the time.

It is very hard to carry on a conversation via the app. Being tied down to a computer to respond to customers is not ideal for the mobile business we are.

They have been great about communication and helping us get everything up and running.

Just a great Hubspot integration with an amazing customer service team. Definitely know what they are doing and they are excellent in helping you reach your goals.

Overall the software works pretty well, a few glitches once in a while with the auto sends not sending but customer service is always great and assists in fixing any issues.

Super easy ActiveCampaign integration. Works amazingly well with automations, app is clean, messages go through without a problem and all messages are recorded in my active campaign contact notes.

I like the ability and that it works with Zappier. Support is good and has been helpful.

Salesmsg is an excellent 2-Way SMS platform. Their native integration with Keap (Infusionsoft) enables us to trigger significant automations and really extend the power of their product.

It’s hard to set your password, especially on iPad tablet. The chat didn’t work, says it will take hours.

The ability to set a text to be sent in the future is amazing. After that, integrating video texts, phone calls, and more makes a great package.

One issue that I do have with text request is that once someone opts out you can no longer contact them even in the case where you've made contact and they want to receive messages from you.

There are some great message customization features that can be useful if you would like, but are not required.

It can be confusing when it comes to importing large groups.

In addition, the customer service is outstanding. A simple text to the TextRequest team and they will have you taken care of.

Or on the flipside of that, I wouldn't mind paying for each individual small text if I knew that was balanced out by only being charged for 1 text even if it was long.
