  • Pros

  • Easy to navigate, easy to create new surveys and reports, and the help nd training offered are awesome.
  • Fairly easy to set up, customer support is amazing, right there if you have a question, no waiting. Also, has the ability to do a wide variety of question types that the free versions do not have.
  • Cons

  • Using the non pre-defined layout is very fiddly, and so it can make life difficult. The software is still very expensive.
  • It has a lot of capabilities and if you aren't constantly pushing the boundaries of what you know you could miss some of what is offered.

  • Thank you so much to Sign Post for giving us this amazing opportunity.
  • I love that the system automatically integrates a new email into the contacts this way I capture all new customers. Also the ease of sending email for feedback.
  • Cons

  • I explained to them that my company is suffering and we are months away from going out of business pleading with them to do the right thing and reverse the charge.
  • You also have to make sure you go through the contact list on a regular basis to keep everything up to date and to delete spam contacts that come through.
