Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I especially love the inventory functionality which a lot for EHR's are missing. The pricing scheme is suitable for new offices and the add on features are great as the practice has grown.
  • You can customize Charm based on specific needs or wants. I am very happy with the RCM team and how they take time out to make sure you understand and all your questions are answered.
  • Cons

  • It is also difficult to get the patient to populate parts of their chart ahead of time. I have to manually type in the questionnaire results that my patients fill out ahead of their visits.
  • Net then got back and re-enter the correct email address. Customer service has yet to fix this problem.

  • It's great to be able to have my clients just jump into the video chat we scheduled, rather than asking what platform they use (Skype, ZOOM, etc.) and coordinating around their requirements.
  • Vectera is so easy to use and config it is amazing. The fact that you can run it under your own custom domain makes it even better.
  • Cons

  • Once in a while a caller will drop off. The background blur takes too much resource.
  • Syncing of things keyed in can be slow, probably due to free trial when everyone is using it, thus causing a lag in syncing of things keyed and drawn. The lack of shapes to draw.
