  • Pros

  • Expensya's helpdesk is very available and reachable quickly (less than 1/2 minutes each time I called). Great reactivity from the business staff.
  • I really enjoy the mobile receipt upload. This made it super easy to submit expenses and have most of the information for each expense automatically input.
  • Cons

  • The scan learning curve is missing or needs improvement. You scan a ticket, regularly for the same merchant, you correct the name of the merchant, and the system will always do the same error.
  • Ahh maybe, i had little bit of trouble logging in on my company mobile. I was refused few times although i was entering correct information (email, password).

  • Easy to use, makes very easy for the accounts department to track and chase for receipts on company purchases, two-step authentication is a livesaver when it comes to fraud prevention.
  • Payment can be made super quick, and easy to navigate. Helpful and responsive customer support.
  • Cons

  • We have been testing with the integration with NetSuite for a long period now and are still not ready to go live (currently using Sandbox) due to errors we receive when sending to NetSuite.
  • OCR not always working, can be tricky to correct when it misidentifies.
