The load time is awful, and they the most annoying sound that plays when a user comes to your site that is on be default.

Also,  all the plans have the same features (all), there are no smaller plans with less features (I just use the recordings and the basic analytics, but it has chat popups, heatmaps, survey popups).

Absolutely flawless at the current price point. Lucky Orange offers just about everything you'd expect from more expensive competitors.

Easily worth the money to learn who is visiting and how customers perceive your website.

Very easy to use interface and even the funnel feature is very useful for e-commerce.

It does everything you need, from heatmapping, mouse tracking, funnel and form analytics. Regular email reports are incredibly helpful.

This caused some confusion, but nothing that would hinder the use of the tool.

Compared to its competitors, this is such an easy to use tool that delivers great value for the price. Fast to deploy and really user friendly.

Ease of use, setting it up, dashboards are all an ease to use. The heatmaps are intuitive and recordings are always a nice feature.

Heat-maps and click rates would be very useful to incorporate, along with data on how many participants fail certain parts of the screener to identify where the drop off rates are.

Userlytics is great for cost effective user testing.

Really like the visual charts of responses, which I'm able to copy and paste in my presentation, great quality of video/audio recordings, and the overall layout of the platform.

It's a winner tool and, by using it, we've identified  UX problems and found ways to test new solutions.

Using Userlytics as a remote, evaluative testing service for a startup (think cost constrained).

Setting up a test is easy and the 2 preview options are very useful and effective. For participants, joining a test session was easy.

I thought the preview experience also was better than user testing to experience the test myself. I also found that their support team was extremely responsive when I needed help with my credits.

I also appreciate that they offer a wide variety of test types. Putting together a test on this site is quite easy, and I love their preview function.

I evaluated several different options from different vendors in terms of costs, features, technical reliability, stability and userlytics was a good, basic option.

Many of my known users who are new got nothing since they have joined. It's very outdated and conservative also its interface is very dull and very unappealing to clients too.

Many say it's easy to use but hold on. You won't get any tests and that's frustrating, what's even more frustrating is that the App doesn't record the test properly  and some surveys don't work.

In general, the credit system is overly complicated and my #1 pain point.

Not mentioning the overheads and paperwork we avoid as a result of not conducting them ourselves.
