This software is a great tool to help you serve your clients.

This system was brought in to replace our old paper style medical records. It has been a huge improvement for our business, allowing us to be more detailed, more accurate, and more profitable.

The customer support over the last several years has been terrible.

We have had trouble with avimark making other programs so they don't work.

I love the integration of my lab and prescriptions.

So easy to use, great to learn on, great for first time users. Love how there are so many ways to do different tasks, makes it even easier.

I have been using it for over 18 years at 2 different practices. It is very user friendly and having to use Tech support is very helpful.

Despite its shortcomings, though, it's a powerful line-of-business solution for veterinarians, with excellent customer service and support.

Most staff pick it up easily when trained. Customer service is great, anytime I have needed help response time has been great and they are able to navigate me through the process, very friendly.

AviMark's customer reports are absolute nonsense and their chat function for support is horrendous.

Pricing is very fair and I like that we can install the software on multiple laptops without having to involve tech support.

Avimark is user friendly. I like the ability to view the patient's record easily, I can narrow the record down into specific catergories (ie. RXs, Labs, Diet, Vaccines, etc).

Some simple things are missing- for example in the appointment book you can block off weekly, monthly, or the first and third week of the month, but not every second week.

It truly helps you provide better care of your patient and better service to your clients.

Color codes for reminders/ call backs is super helpful.

Integration of Avimark is pretty straight forward. We use Idexx lab services and they mesh well together.

The information search has a significant learning curve but is a great tool once you know how to use it. Report features are great.

I do like it's compatibility with CareCredit. It has great search capability.

All in all, Avimark is a great value for the money. One of the best choices for a non-cloud-based system.

I love how easily it integrates with our lab machines and our online pharmacy. I love the functionality of being able to have discharge sheets pre programed into it and pre programed drug labels.

Ease of access for all aspects- financial settings, medical records, appointments, access to analytics. Customer service is superb.

It has limited functionality. You are forced to pay for annual support because information searches require coding.

The product is user friendly. When training new employees the tech support is also great.

Great modules for scheduling and boarding , so easy to use and navigate.

The training that we paid for to go paperless for almost useless for the money we paid. We call in to support know with questions and were told it was set up wrong in different sections.

I was trained on the software for literally a day and had it down. Like I said I love this software.

The one complaint I do have regarding the software is that there is no warning when another user is trying to schedule an appointment slot so there are times that they get double booked.

They'd fix the issue for the day, maybe and then the problems would arrive again.

Sometimes things are changed without a reason and it takes months for the bad change to be acknowledged and returned to normal function.

I love the customer support and the on-line tutorials. I don't think the program is necessary intuitive, but easy to maneuver once training has taken place.

It is a great program and works wonderfully for me.

Clientrax for mobile and soon stand alone practice management system.

So many features and always new updates and they customer support is like no other. Always get my problem solved and quickly.

The only problem we have experienced is importing imaging and I think that is because we do not use their cloud services.

Hard to get used to but wonderful once you do.

The accounting portion within the program is a little weak.

They also provides daily icloud recovery back-up system which is extremely helpful and important.

It has cost me so much money in lost staff time and outside IT support. At one point it destroyed a number of medical records that could never be recovered.

I find the product user friendly, I have been using it for 15 years, I find the service very friendly and helpful. Everything you need for vet business in one program.

The client survey tool is also extremely useful. Additionally, the Merchant Services integration is a time save and a good value.

Support is rude unhelpful and always says its you system your network or something besides their software and its repeated unresolved issues that keep surfacing.

The Clientrax systems provide all of the necessary features to complete the job of a medical receptionist, allows multiple jobs to be completed simultaneously, and displays all information clearly.

The vendor has negotiated some great integrations with credit card processors.

My clients comment on how easy it is to make online appointments and I'm thrilled that it happens in real-time. The reminders and client communications are fully automated, set it up and forget it.

It reeked havoc on our time sheets and had a serious impact on morale because employees needed to edit their time sheets daily and it caused a lot of frustration.

Clientrax is very user friendly, with great technical support.

It is very easy to teach to new employees, most pick it up in a day or two. We are paperless so the functionality of that is great.

Additionally, the customer service team and the system are wonderful and I always have my problems resolved, sometimes even when they don't involve the Clientrax software, promptly.

Great features including full integration of radiographs. Robust tracking options, technical support is easy to contact and very responsive to correcting issues that may arise.

Customer service is always there for me and will listen to any improvements or ideas I have. The bottom line is having ClienTrax saves time and money.
