We like how easy it is to make and create medical notes. The reference lab and the telemedicine integration are quite good.

Buggy, slow, and if I could give customer support a negative review I would. Our hospital has lost literally thousands of hours to trying to Macgyver this junk into working.

I like the appointment book as it is easy to read and organize. I like the ability to email records, notes, and forms to clients.

Since I am not on management side I can not determine if this software error or user. Management is always confused.

In general Cornerstone is just a cumbersome software with a lot of inefficiency which is very annoying for ER work.

I've used several practice management software systems and while none of them are perfect for everyone, Idexx has the ability to invest in it's technology and continue to make improvements.

Easy to use and navigate through, for people who have never used it before, easy to learn and get comfortable with.

Ease of use for everyone in the practice. I like how things are laid out and that everything has a nice order to it.

Love that is also merges with Cornerstone timeclock for payroll.

There are so many ways to do the same thing you find that no two staff members are doing it the same way - difficult for training/SOP's.

We enjoy how many third party companies we are starting to use are also integrated with Cornerstone.

Some features are not user mistake friendly, it is often difficult to correct redo problems as they arrive.

This is a great program that we've utilized for 20 years. Would love to see some improvements, but overall happy with it.

It is a robust software package with good integration with other Idexx offerings. The integration increases the value of each service offering.

The Boarding Module is outdated and disjointed. It does not fully integrate into CStone, in my opinion.

What I like the most about this incredible software is the easy to use guidelines. Makes running a veterinary practice easier.

The poor compatibility with Idexx Digital Radiography is one of the most frustrating things I've ever had to deal with in practice.

There is no excuse in this day and age for software this bad.

The lack of wellness plan offerings. We had to write it in ourselves which lead to many missed charges and extra discounts given since it wasn't automatic.

Hoping they will be able to stay relevant and take this to a cloud platform. We have been very happy with this for the past 11 years.

I have loved the amount of information I can use from the software and the support (albeit paid for) is excellent.

Being server-based hampered our business in the 21st century. The software is fine for smaller hospitals who don't require a lot of updated features.

Reduced missed charges, more efficient-in every aspect from kennel to doctor to CSR, all the information we need is right in one place.

Customer service is amazing. If you are having issues doing something they help you right away and are always friendly.

Overall I have been happy. Have used several PM software and find they all have things that I love and don't love.

The price is higher than other programs, and remote access is limited.

Customer support was always very helpful any time there was an issue but lack of wellness plan implementation inspired us to switch.

So if 2 people are writing exam notes on the same patient, the one who opened it second will have everything disappear when it is reopened.

Cornerstone is a solid product. It has a few drawbacks but its a pretty good top contender in the Practice Management Software category.

Their customer support is fantastic. They are available by phone, cornerstone chat, and you can allow them remote access into the system to resolve issues and do quick visual training.

Overall improvement of charge capture and inventory management. This has resulted in inreased revenue.

Their helpdesk is fantastic. What we really like is continual innovation that assists our business to streamline our processes.

POS integration and the ability to notify your clients via SMS and email. Being cloud hosted is a plus for those who require more flexibility.

Not having complete tracability of invoices that have been cancelled or deleted. But this will be a feature in  the future which will assist us.

We have used VetLinkSQL for years, it's a quality product, has great features and is value for money.

The training has been thorough and supportive, and the help desk staff have been absolutely brilliant.

Extremely easy to use with a huge number of features and numerous third party integrations.

For ease of use we save relevant digital Xrays to Vetlink which are attached to the animal files for easy access.

I find VETLINKSQL to be very easy to use despite not having had any formal training on it yet. Whenever I do have a question, the help desk staff are always available and happy to help.

The support staff was very comprehensive in his introduction of this program to us. We were comfortable putting our business needs into this program with his guidance.

Very innovative company that comes up with new and exciting features all the time. Excellent customer support.

The recent innovations are excellent. The abilities of Vetlink to interact with products like Smartflow and our Idexx in house lab equipment help to improve work flows and efficiency.

We also noticed an immediate improvement in the speed of the application and are very happy with the change.

Searching for specific types of records can be difficult to work out. But this is a more complex task anyway.

Vetlink is very user friendly, amazing support and very easy to do business with. We have referred many other Vets to buy Vetlink and will continue to do so.

The inter-activeness of the diary is great, the ability to easily upload images into the patient files is also an asset.

Easy to use system with outstanding technical and customer support. There are also many great features for reporting.

Anyone can be selected from the drop down where that option is available but for general use it is not convenient to have each user log on/off to perform an action.

Have to build templates/forms within the software. Difficult to find sms communication history for a client when its sent through the system.

Recently, for unknown reasons that file disappeared and as expected it was a week  or two before this was detected.

Perfectly satisfied with our decision to go with VetLinkSQL. Compared to some of its competitors its great value for money too.

When we looked at upgrading our software we looked at all the leading veterinary software packages in the market at the time and Vetlink was hands down the best out there and still is.

Our server crashed with multiple drive failures, and our tech was out of options.

From the very start the team at Vetlinksql have been great. Customer service is always friendly and prompt and as far as value for money, it's better than any other program I seen.

We have recently integrated our in house Idexx Catalyst One machine with VETLINKSQL and it is a huge improvement to our in-house testing procedures & billing.

Just amazed as how quickly and smoothly I got moved to the cloud.

The other huge benefit is we are financially far better off, which means improvement to our bottom line.

Value for money, user friendly, great customer support.

Clipboards are hard to see and not that obvious.

Great product, continued development, great support and all of this at a reasonable price.
