  • Pros

  • I like the customization features allowed for the software. Moreover, the quality is pretty good.
  • Easy to use, good customer service, great way to gain more clients, good functionality and highly recommended.
  • Cons

  • Functionality to delete a message sent by mistake is not available.
  • There are issues with audio receiving etc. It is also oversimplified so it is also boring compared to it’s competitors such as messenger, imessage etc.

  • Extremely easy to use and set up. Also has a nice interface.
  • I love the idea behind Spoke. I would like to quickly get the gist of a video without watching it entirely, and Spoke is meant for that.
  • Cons

  • Pricing is a little too high, especially with a lack of discounts for students etc.
  • This isn't a big deal, but it gets annoying when once a month or so I find that it's not updating all of my meetings in my calendar.
