What I dislike the most are things that I can't control, such as automatic emails that go to my customers, or functions that result in a lot of work on my end.

These people are the worst. And this is their sales department, the department that is usually the nicest to deal with.

I emailed, went to facebook and used the chatbot to try and cancel and no one executed my cancelation and was charged for the service.

I personally use it most for voicemail and faxing. It is useful that you can get the voicemail recordings to your email in case you are not nearby phone and also have a great app.
