  • Pros

  • Dont need any hardware for this system and can use it anywhere. Has built in fax and sms capability and contact management, like the online portal for sms messaging very good and quick.
  • Customer service was great, good features and functionality, room for customizations, can keep personal phone number private.
  • Cons

  • They also raise the price of it without informing you. I had to go through 4 people to cancel my account.
  • Also, at times it takes a long time to log in and it can be frustrating if you need to access the app quickly.

  • Is a great way to keep active when the pandemis arrived, because gatherings were prohibited. The features are amazing, you can custumize your video and your background.
  • A tool that integrates perfectly with the main software, and allows you to make the experience 100% efficient,for a student like me who participates in video lessons it is essential.
  • Cons

  • There were some minor issues I encountered when using Zoom Rooms. At times, students got confused and left their assigned room to go to the general meeting room if I wasn't there yet.
  • What I dislike about Zoom Rooms is if you don't pay for a subscription you get kicked off the meeting after 40 minutes and then have to start the session all over again.
