- The Raptor Visitor Management System has helped make our schools safer and has provided us with a common accountability for all visitors in our schools.
- I use Raptor to sign in for work daily. It is probably helpful to management to see who is in the building, assuming they sign out when leaving.
Cons
- Parameters for testing for sex a offender are incomplete/not thorough as total profile is not fully considered.
- But if you regularly check a batch of your constituents against the system, there is no way to quickly eliminate the match that already previously checked out.
Pros
- Likes the ease of set up and that you can customise the information to suit as well as completing pre registration of visitors.
- I would/will highly recommend WOL to any commercial personnel in need of such a product in their environment, and look forward to continued positive business relations.
Cons
- Updates tend to crash the sessions so visitors walk in and are unable to use the system, updates also cause issues with the label printing so they can't be scanned due to size changes.
- Aware for example of app for evacuations, but no knowledge if this can link as add on in Outlook calendars etc.
