  • Pros

  • One of the best service for my business. Super low prices with high quality service.
  • Callture is a well priced product. Easy for the end user to setup and use.
  • Cons

  • Callture's user interface is clunky and difficult to use. Once you select a number, it's not available until after their billing processes run, usually overnight.
  • I find that emojis do not translate well via text.

  • The ease of use and the results we have see in our business.
  • Customer support did an amazing job easily onboarding us, and conveying the features and benefits in an easy to understand way. And then, he setup our solution (both Zoho and Ring.io).
  • Cons

  • I need to see if any corrections need to be made without alot of scrolling. Im afraid I will accidentally hit send before proofreading.
  • Sometimes calls drop, but its rare and to be expected.
