Overall, Callture is a good value. It is complex and confusing to use, and support is not a pleasant experience.

Callture's user interface is clunky and difficult to use. Once you select a number, it's not available until after their billing processes run, usually overnight.

I have a local number that is directed to my personal mobile number and I can easily identify the call and answer appropriately.

I can look up the number that called, and if needed, I have access to a audio recording of every call, in case I need to check on missed information or review a conversation.

Callture is a well priced product. Easy for the end user to setup and use.

Call forwarding is simple to use and easy to change to another number. Very handy and people don’t have to worry about long distance charges.

We switched our business to Ringio and have been disappointed. They advertise that they integrate to highrise CRM but it seldom works or recognizes calls.

The customer service chat is generally quite responsive and they never leave me hanging.

We even purchased our IP phones from them to avoid having issues and it is still VERY BUGGY. AVOID THIS ISH WE COULD HAVE.

Sometimes calls drop, but its rare and to be expected.

I appreciate that the web phone is easy to use. I like that I can click on phone numbers and have it automatically dial instead of individually typing numbers.

The API integration was extremely easy with our CRM and all calls were attached to the correct client contact files so we could check orders in case of a dispute.

Overall we have had a great experience. There have been occasional downtime disruptions but they typically seem to get fixed within 24 hours.

I found this system useful right off the bat and it was very easy to understand and implement.

Tracking the call recordings, texts and any income calls right to our CRM saves tons of time tracking follow-up progress for us all.

Biggest challenge I'm solving right now is being able to control what phone numbers I'm using and call quality.
