Callture Connect

The product has worked well for us, and support has done a great job when any issues have arisen. No lost of calls which equals no loss of revenue.

Pros

Great product have been using this for a few years, it allows you to be connected with clients and individuals thru you LanLines, and Cell Phones, without any hitches. It allows you to pre-screen all calls, as well as having all messages send directly to your email for playback in the future. (incoming phone numbers will appear on the email). Calls can be set to roll over to a group of extensions in order to better serve clients.

Cons

The key factor here is to have everything put together on paper of extensions, rollovers and how the "Callture" will respond to any incoming call. Make sure that you include your extension in your email signature.

Good, but There May be Better Options

Overall, Callture is a good value. It is complex and confusing to use, and support is not a pleasant experience. Given how crowded this market is, there are likely better options for the money.

Pros

Callture has excellent tracking and automatic call recording, so it's an excellent solution for contact centers who need to record their calls. It's also great for quality assurance and even monitoring--it's hard to beat Callture if this is what you're looking for.

Cons

Callture's user interface is clunky and difficult to use. Once you select a number, it's not available until after their billing processes run, usually overnight. The only thing worse than their UI is their customer service--be prepared to talk with someone with a heavy accent who is unwilling to deviate from their script.

Callture Connect

Pros

Have been using this product for the last six months without any issues, I'm able to stay connected with clients, whether I'm in the office or traveling. One of the features I most enjoy is the emailed voice mail from clients. This allows me to get back to my calls with answers, rather than questions, which could delay the processes moving forward.

Cons

It takes a little time to get used to the interface, but once it's set up correctly, it just works..... Just dive right in and you will be fine.
