  • Pros

  • Everything is integrated and the experience of the entire process, both for the attendees and for the organizers, is excellent.
  • Trust was quickly established. On the day of the event, technical support was present and made sure everything was fine.
  • Cons

  • So it's difficult when you don't use it often and especially when you have to be quick at the moment you use it. The lack of time doesn't allow to explore all the possibilities.
  • Google Analytics has been a struggle to connect to the landing page.

  • Up until recently the Becker Law firm (BLF) had been a loyal customer of Fonality – Netfortis.
  • They have a suite of features from simple to the most complex, depending on how involved or sophisticated you want your system to be.
  • Cons

  • It should ring more than two times. Candidate's do not stay on park no longer than 30 seconds.
  • There's no redundancy for an in-house PBX. There needs to be a second line provided for connection.
